NOT A DOORMAT ANYMORE

NOT A DOORMAT ANYMORE

I need today's meeting to count. I set the phone face up on the bed and waited. The room was quiet. Ten seconds passed then twenty and then the three dots appeared. He was typing.

Shifter Deathbound Curse

Shifter Deathbound Curse

And find out what exactly the temple wanted from him now. Suddenly, the apartment lights flickered once, twice. Then they went out. In the darkness, Siron heard a soft tapping on his bedroom window, a rhythmic tap, like a code. One… two… three… A pause. Then four long taps. Kit froze. “What is that?” Siron stood up, approaching the curtained window. Carefully, he peeked through a crack.

Age Bound Ecstasy

Age Bound Ecstasy

Stood close enough that their shoulders touched. They drank in silence. The house listened. Midmorning brought the first sound. A single knock. Not on the front door. Not on the terrace doors. Inside. From the wall beside the fireplace. Three raps. Slow. Measured. Exactly the rhythm Daniel once used. They both froze. Ethan set his mug down. Veronica set hers down a second later. They waited. No second knock. Only the fire crackling. The wind outside testing the shutters. Ethan spoke quietly.

Midnight Lunar ( Journy to Alpha Kai )

I want to know but I don't want to know, I feel like this is the part in the horror movie when the girl dies either way so why not go out being inquisitive? I grab the broom and walk slowly up the stairs and I hesitate a bit when I get to the landing ** BANG!! BANG!! After reading the prologue, I give this a 5-star rating. The author has successfully got my attention, albeit werewolves' stories are not my cup of tea. I can feel the love for the family of a father whose duty is to protect them all cost. Kudos!

I really enjoyed this continuation and I can’t wait to read the next book! I just have so many questions…also what of the King’s quadruplets!? Or perhaps there could be like a spin-off that can dive into the vampire side cause since the first book there has been no mention of Skaii’s sister!

My Husband Taught Me How To Love

My Husband Taught Me How To Love

Thinking that he might be in the bathroom, he knocked on the door and called, "Hey, come out soon. I need to ask you something." He waited for his reply, but he didn't get any response. He again knocked on the door, "Neil, what are you doing?" Keeping his ear on the door, he tried to hear the noise coming from inside, but other than drop by drop dripping sound of water, he didn't hear anything. Surprised, he pushed the door hard and almost fell on the floor as the door was not locked. There was no sign of Neil Green. Panicked, he put the phone on his ear and said instantly, "Sir, Neil is not in his room."

Fated to the Alpha Stepbrother

Fated to the Alpha Stepbrother

He had no one in there to talk to at least no one who knew him like I did. “Derek?” I shifted my weight slightly and lifted my hand, tapping gently against the dark bronze. On day two I gave up on pressing the door bell, scared constantly pushing the button would make him more upset. I waited. Nothing. I tried again, a little louder this time. “Derek… it’s me.” The tray trembled slightly as my arms began to tire. I listened hard for any sound from inside—movement, the roll of his chair, even the faint scrape of furniture.
