Catching the Moon (Chasing the Moon Book 2)

Catching the Moon (Chasing the Moon Book 2)

Which explained their abundance of land and cash. He typed in the numbers on the key pad at the gate. Even though he had the code to get in.. it still took a while for the gate to open. That’s because they had some kind of fancy facial recognition thingy for just their family members. So you had to have the number .. and a face to get in. With the number that meant someone would come and look at the camera, see who it was and then open the gate. If anyone just typed in something random.. they’d be sitting there all day til somebody came around.

Falling For The Playboy

Falling For The Playboy

Mr Lawson hurriedly got down from the car and walked towards the gate. Shouldn't a house like this have a gateman or something? He swiveled right all of a sudden, moving away from the gate and going to stand in front of a brick wall. He pushed at the wall and slowly, the gates rolled open. What the– "Is the control for the gate there? " I asked the one person sitting in the car with me. "Yes. " But............. How? She must have seen the look of confusion on my face because she explained. "The gate has a code programmed in and everyone who lives here know it. Once you punch the right code in the keypad, the gates will open. If it's wrong, the gates will remain firmly shut. "

INFATUATION (An Hour Love)

INFATUATION (An Hour Love)

The gate was his family secret and unknown to many because it was an arranged escape route. The two small black gates were used by Bad to run his weed and drug dealings. You knocked slightly on any of the gates if you wanted to just make purchases; and you will get attended to, through a concave hole on the gate. You knocked slightly four times at the gate by your left from the back of the fence; if you wished to go in. I knocked four times on the gate and a tenor voice responded from inside. "Who is that? What you want?" "Tell Bad loud makes it louder."

Caught Between Two Lovers

Caught Between Two Lovers

the gatekeeper asked through the microphone above the two-way communication buttons in the guard room. Keyara heard the question from the supervisor and responded. "Please open the gate. I want to go out!" Keyara shouted in front of the CCTV screen, which seemed to have a pan-tilt-zoom function. The speaking gatekeeper immediately pressed the button to open the gate, causing the four-meter-high gate to move and spread. As soon as the gate partially opened, Keyara rushed out eagerly. After successfully passing through the partially opened gate, Keyara quickly walked along the eastern side of the house. The house on that side had a black fence that covered the entire front area.

The Forbidden Truth

The Forbidden Truth

“I see. You don’t even have a phone so I guess I can expect that much.” ‘A phone?’ Before she could ask Jina what is a phone Jina already started with her explanation. “You see, three months ago those gates started appearing they are like portals of some sort. There are two types of ‘gates’. The first one is a ‘blue gate’. In a blue gate people fight monsters inside. The other one is a ‘red gate’, if people is the one entering a blue gate in the case of a red gate, the monsters are the ones coming out or maybe in their perspective, going in. There are some cases when blue gates turn into red gates. Monsters coming out in a red gate only stop after a whole day or should I say it closes?”

I really liked this book. Too bad it ends after 36 chapters and hasn't been added to in a couple of weeks. If y'all want people to pay to read your books, at least write something. This is the second book, this has happened with. I think I'm done with good novel.

Working for the Twin Mafia Dons

Working for the Twin Mafia Dons

"You really do have a micro penis, don't you?" He just sighs and nods. "Yeah." I laugh as we make our way across the big guards room. I smack him then ask, "So, what's the code? Is it different for each gate or what?" He just stares at me. I can see a lie a mile away. "It's uhh different for each one, yeah." I raise my eyebrow at him and smirk. "So, you want me to shoot your penis now?" He shakes his head, violently from side to side. "No. It's the same code for each gate. Damn. You're going to kill me, aren't you?"

It was also finger censored; it can also open with Rohan’s or his assistant fingers touch the gate and the main door to the house. When the car drew near to the gate, the gate opened and the two cars drove in. this was the first time Chin Cho was seeing this kind of gate. she had seen the ones opened with a remote control, but certainly not the one that was car censored. She had no idea that it was also finger censored. when they entered into the compound itself, it was even more magnificent than she had anticipated. Dan stopped and opened the car door for his boss. He also opened the other side of the car for madam.

long steel electric door opened spontaneously. If you look outside, it is just an ordinary gate, but actually, it is deadly if you were to break in. There are no guards assigned at the main gate because the M-16 is automatically loaded in different parts of the gate if there are intruders entering or the CCTV scanner cannot recognize them. Some snipers are just hiding around in case the intruder escapes or evade the M-16s. There are no guards to apprehend you, but you will immediately die when you enter WH without permission.

O kaya stuck talaga 'yan kaya hindi na siguro ginagamit," tugon ng dalaga, "Pero pwede naman natin 'yang ipaayos para mas madaling buksan." Frequently Asked Questions

Mengetuk Pintu Langit' revolves around a young man named Jaka who embarks on a profoundly personal quest after a life-altering tragedy shakes his world. The core of the story follows his journey to a remote and mystical village in the mountains, driven by a desperate hope to find a fabled gateway to the afterlife—the 'Pintu Langit' or 'Door to Heaven.' His motivation is intensely emotional: he seeks a chance to reconnect with a lost loved one, to ask the questions left unanswered, and perhaps to alter a fate that feels unbearable. The plot isn't just a physical trek through challenging landscapes; it's an inward odyssey where Jaka must confront his grief, guilt, and the very limits of his own faith and resilience.

As Jaka delves deeper into the secrets of the mountain community, the narrative unfolds layers of local folklore and spiritual beliefs that blur the line between myth and reality. He encounters guardians of ancient traditions, cryptic elders, and other seekers drawn to the legend, each with their own tangled motives and sorrows. The story masterfully builds tension between Jaka's raw, modern desperation and the timeless, ritualistic wisdom of the village, creating a compelling conflict about what it truly means to seek answers from beyond. The 'plot' becomes as much about the people he meets and the truths they reveal about life and acceptance as it is about the literal door he hopes to find.

The climax approaches as the village prepares for a rare celestial event, said to be the only time the 'Pintu Langit' might manifest. Jaka's journey culminates in a series of spiritual and moral tests that force him to reevaluate everything he thought he wanted. Without giving away the ending, the resolution centers on whether the door is a physical place to be unlocked or a metaphysical state to be achieved through understanding and letting go. The novel leaves a lasting impression about the nature of closure, suggesting that sometimes, knocking on heaven's door changes the person on this side of it more than anything awaiting on the other.
