Leena's POV “How was your meeting with your parents?” He asked as soon as I entered the living room. “Fine but unexpected.” I roughly crashed on the armchair. “Unexpected?” He turned to me. “Yeah, my parents struck a deal with James,” I said rashly. “What deal is that?” He asked, raising an anxious brow. “Can we have this conversation while I eat? I find my parents sitting at the kitchen table, engrossed in conversation, their faces lighting up as they notice my arrival.
