My Ex-Husband is Out of Control
Jared glanced at me, pausing for just a second before answering.
“Still the tiger,” he mumbled, dipping his brush into orange paint. “But I don’t know if it looks right.”
I leaned in slightly, watching as he carefully filled in the tiger’s body with slow, deliberate strokes. His little fingers clutched the brush with such focus, his expression serious.
“It looks amazing,” I said, meaning every word. “Did you know I used to paint when I was little, too?”
Jared’s eyes flickered with curiosity, but he didn’t stop painting.
