*** Nate’s POV *** I smiled when I saw the video call connect. Noah and Finn crammed in the picture together. The laptop was setup on the island bar and I was sitting at the bar, having some lemonade I knew I would regret later with the amount of heartburn I was getting. “Nate! You look so good! You finally filled out a bit!” Finn was laughing, and I saw Noah elbow him. “Thanks. I feel like a bloated whale.” I smiled, though. “How is Leah?”

Bruce snapped, voice slicing the air. "You're the shameless one—stealing my Luna!" He actually pulled out a crumpled photo from our mating ceremony, holding it up like proof in court. "Look! She's mine. My mate!" The crowd buzzed. Whispers flew like wildfire. They'd heard stories about Bruce, but now all eyes were on me—confused, searching. I stared at the photo. Nothing. No flicker of recognition. Wolvent's smile turned lethal. "Your Luna? Did you even mark her?"

Nathaniel’s Obsession Rosalyn tossed and turned for two hours. It was obvious that she was not going to bed anytime soon. She got out of bed and made her way downstairs. She was going to get herself a bottle of water. She was as quiet as possible and she didn’t want to disturb her parents. She grabbed some water and downed it. She was so tired that she wished she could fall asleep.

My eyes widen when he stands up to tower over me. "Well, well, well..." Noah walks over to me and grips my face. My heart slams against my ribcage significantly when he dips his head. His lips brush my neck before he speaks again. "Give me one good reason I shouldn't nibble your neck, Natalie. You're so close, and... I want to leave my marks all over you."

"I may have bribed the secretary to program my key for all four rooms." I gasp. "That's a complete violation of privacy." Nat shakes her head. "It's not like I'd use it to snoop through your stuff. It's just if I need to get in for any reason." She shrugs. "You know me. I always like to be prepared." I sigh as it's true. Nat is not only the biggest nerd at the academy when it comes to school work, she's also irritatingly prepared all the time. "Fair enough. Let's just pick a film."
