Unbraiding my hair I ran my fingers through it as Nathan drove toward a pancake house. “Hope you all are hungry because this place has unlimited stacks,” he chuckled while patting his stomach. “Hey, Nathan can I ask you why you didn't mark her when you mated with Lexi,” Nolan questioned bluntly. Shocked, I eyed him and gasped when Nathan replied. “I am waiting until she can mark me back then I will mark her and knot her.” “Knot?!”

Nathan strode out of the chambers, his mind racing with thoughts of how to find the plant. Noelle rubbed her nose and swung her legs out of bed. She stretched her arms up high and yawned, feeling groggy from her deep sleep. She reached for the water jug on the nightstand and took a sip, feeling the cool water refresh her mouth. As she set the jug back down, she noticed a small mirror on the table and picked it up.

After reading the message, She looked around the cafe and found Noah sitting alone near the back corner table. He seems to be nursing what looks like a coffee. Natasha walked towards the table and made herself comfortable in the chair opposite to his. "Long time no see Noah" she said in a way to greet him.

Nat stood at the top of the stairs with her hand on her hip. “If you’re about done” she said teasingly. “I could go for a few more hours, I have some lost time to make up for” Gunner teased and nipped at my lips. I chuckled and flicked his nose with the tip of my tongue, earning me a lust filled growl from Gunner. “Gross” Nat scoffed.

"The result is the only thing that matters. It doesn't matter how you got there." Didn't it, though? Natalie wondered as she stared at the fire. Emily left the room and came back with another bottle. "Goodness, you even found the wine cellar?" Natalie laughed. "I hope you didn't take the most expensive one." "He can afford a million of them." Emily hiccuped as she uncorked the bottle. Natalie's email pinged again, and she held her breath as she read Jewel's message. 'Namaqualand'. She turned the photo over, reread the caption and closed her eyes as she said a silent prayer of thanks.

Unfortunately, that first impression had already been tainted by Martin’s presence earlier. Elizabeth was in Nathan’s study. She was not alone. Noah appeared calm in her arms. “To turn it on, press this button,” Elizabeth said as she pressed the power button.
