Resisting the Irresistible

Resisting the Irresistible

He waved one hand, telling me to go away, while the other hand reached out for a pack of cigarettes and a lighter. I let out a deep sigh and did as he asked. Thanks to the beauty of the internet, I found out that 848 Washington St was a hotel called The Standard Hotel. “Nice name,” I commented as I tapped the navigation panel on the GPS to show me the fastest route to get there. I got there in an hour. New York had more hectic traffic than Washington. As if on cue, my phone buzzed. One text from Mario and one from Autumn. It took me two seconds to decide which to open.

Contracted To The Alpha Daddy

Contracted To The Alpha Daddy

I muttered, noticing the outdated decor and ancient-looking flight information displays. Elijah laughed. “You’re not wrong. They’re big on tradition here.” The drive to our hotel took about twenty minutes, winding through dense forest before the trees gave way to a small but quaint downtown area. The hotel seemed new, with the inside constructed of faux marble and gold accents. Elijah checked in while I waited nearby with our luggage. I spotted a Luna I recognized and waved to her. She waved excitedly back. Once we stepped into our hotel room on the top floor, I couldn’t help the small gasp that escaped me. The space was enormous. Floor-to-ceiling windows offered a panoramic view of the surr

A Secretive Deal with My Billionaire Boss

A Secretive Deal with My Billionaire Boss

"Room 304. Third floor, corner suite. Best view of the property. Will you be dining with us this evening?" "No, thank you." "Well, if you change your mind, our restaurant serves until nine." She handed over the key with a smile. "Enjoy your stay, Mr. Knight." The room was exactly what I'd expected. Tasteful without being ostentatious, comfortable without being luxurious. A king bed lined one wall, a sitting area filled another, and the bathroom boasted a clawfoot tub. I moved to the window overlooking downtown, a main street with shops, a few restaurants, and tree-lined sidewalks. Quaint and charming, everything Manhattan wasn't.

The book was strong but about half way I started noticing repetitive sentences or even paragraphs with slight difference, in the same chapter. Im noticing major inconsistencies with the story line now that im at chapter 411 and see the story has been "ongoing" for over a year. almost ready to turff.

Whatever the reason for delaying the update, giving us only 4 episodes per 10,12 days isn't enough. Give us at least 7 or 8 episodes please!! It should be worth waiting for so long. I always have to re read previous episodes to remember what was happening in the story before starting new ones sadly

The Billionaire Chases Her After Divorce

The Billionaire Chases Her After Divorce

I said, amazed. “It is,” Lenie said. I looked at her. I gave her a questioning look. “Arzhel owns this hotel,” she said. “Including the hotel where you were staying earlier,” she added. She looked around. “This hotel is his favorite hotel. It was built three years ago. He specifically built this upper room, which we actually call a penthouse. He comes here very often,” she explained while smiling. I pressed my lips together while nodding. I never knew he had a hotel here in New York. Why didn’t he stay here when we first came here together?

Saving The Alpha's Triplets

Saving The Alpha's Triplets

He nods. When he suggested I go check out the room this time, I didn’t argue. When the white comforters and large bed come into view. How tired I was finally settled in my head and I was quick to get into the bathroom. It was fully white, and large. Something that was surprising to find in New York. I guess that only refers to those who didn't live in penthouses. Because Reed’s was large. Really large. There were new essentials in the bathroom and I didn’t know how he managed to do that but I appreciated it. He had the softest robes. Even softer than the one back at the resort. I wanted to take a moment to appreciate how good it felt on my body.

The Surrogacy Secret

The Surrogacy Secret

“Hey Jubi.” “Hey. God, I need coffee.” She slunk up to the counter. “What’s wrong with you?” Nyx laughed. “Do you know how hard it is to get a hotel room in this city over the Christmas break? Let me rephrase. Do you know how hard it is finding a hotel room in this city which doesn’t offer hourly rates? It’s almost as bad as New York. I slept in the most uncomfortable bed of my life last night while the people on the other side of the wall had very loud, very exuberant sex. I mean loud. There’s no way the man was so good. Maybe they were filming a porno.”

Amazing, it keeps you captivated from the start. You will laugh, cry and then rejoice once you feel the love that has been poured in these characters. And the length is great. I love it when a story does not drag out but you have enough to see the journey to a happy ending

Arranged Marriage To The Billionaire Heir

Arranged Marriage To The Billionaire Heir

But still, she seemed pleasant enough and I wasn’t about to turn down good company. “I’m Dolly Gelman, by the way.” She stretched out a wrinkly, manicured hand. “Elena, uh... Sinclair. Elena Sinclair.” I offered her a small smile, shaking her hand gently. “You’re not from around here, are you?” I grimaced. “Is it that obvious?” “Oh no, dearie.” She chuckled. “It’s just that New Yorkers don’t really book this hotel at all. It’s mostly for the rich tourist crowd. I mean, for a thousand grand per night, I wouldn’t blame them.”

My Best Friend's Son

My Best Friend's Son

I decided to hang out with a few friends, shoot a few hoops at the gym and hang out with Matt after he got off of work. I’d invited him over to see my place at the Elegant Hotel. He was amazed that it was still a functioning hotel as well as the business’s headquarters. Yet the rooms are designated for contracts only, no one could simply go online and get a reservation in the building. He loved the view from my apartment and the amenities it came with. “Shit Dude,” He stared out of the windows with his hands on his hips. “This is fucking better than our condo.” “Yeah, I know.” I chuckled.

Substitute Bride; My Husband's Mistakes

Substitute Bride; My Husband's Mistakes

I told my friend, just as his car pulled to a stop on the hotel grounds. "Wow! Dad, this hotel is lovely," Kevin said, getting out of the car. "Yeah," I agreed with my son as I got out of the car too. We stood at the front of the magnificent five-star hotel. It wasn't a skyscraper, but Edwin used the latest gadgets and gold to design the hotel. It felt heavenly and homely, like you are in a palace. However, as I glanced to my left, a woman dressed like a chef caught my attention with her red hair and also, white apron tied at her front.

Claiming My Father’s Best Friend

Claiming My Father’s Best Friend

“No, I’m alone, pervert, but I got the same room. ” “Oh please, I’m not the one checking back into the same inn where she got dicked down by a mystery man. You’re the pervert here.” She fires back, her voice teasing, I can imagine her smiling and winking at me. I groan, rolling my eyes. “It was just a coincidence, Okay? The room was the only one available. I wasn’t thinking about…” “Uh-huh, sure, keep lying to yourself. Of all the exquisite hotels in New York, the inn is where you choose. Wait a minute, does that mean you are downtown?”
