My mind drifted to what Jeremy said about him having a lot of enemies.
"Why don't I show you around before you meet the pups"? Liza offered with a smile, breaking me from my trance. "Yeah, thank you." I managed to smile back, pushing down my unsettling feelings.
I always thought my formal old pack daycare was lovely. It was a medium-sized room, furnished with handed down9 furniture by pack members. We didn't have access to fancy toys or educational tools due to lack of funds, but we made it work. The Red moon's pack daycare is, however, the opposite. Everything was top of the line, down to the crayon they used, and the rare books littered on the cushion chair.
