Miracle Ryedale Azaria’s Pov The faces of Asper’s siblings were now filled with worries when I arrived at their house. And I learned that they saw Asper sleeping on the floor behind the door of her room again. That is one of the things that she started doing when her parents decided to bring her back here to their ancestral home. She can’t sleep at night even though all the lights around the house are on. She also can't sleep in her bed, morning or night.

On the screen, Scott drove Gabriel all the way to the grand entrance of Starlight Bilingual Academy. "Gabriel, go on. Say hello to your teacher." Scott gently hung my son’s platinum access card around the boy’s neck. Then he drove off, turned onto a side street, and stopped in front of a run-down alley. At the end of it stood a shabby place with a rusted gate: Sunflower Daycare. Scott turned his head, the warmth gone from his face, replaced by sheer impatience. "Noah, get out and go inside. I’ll pick you up tonight. Remember, nothing that happens today gets back to your mom."

It was Nightmarefest Night. Nightmarefest is held on the last night of the third month of summer and runs until dawn on the first day of fall. Although to call it a celebration would be to dignify it. In certain towns and villages where people had already been victims of the depredations of the dark powers and other enemies of humanity, the inhabitants locked themselves in and bricked up the doors and windows until the sun rose on the first day of the first month of autumn for fear of what might be loose that night.

Adam had suggested it after walking in on me having a panic attack in Lucia's nursery. "The nightmares will fade eventually," I said, though I didn't sound convincing. "Maybe. Or maybe they won't and we'll learn to live with them." He kissed my forehead. "Either way, you're not alone in this." I wanted to believe him. But the nightmares were getting worse, not better. I jolted awake, trembling violently as cold sweat clung to my skin. A nightmare. Only a nightmare… though Hazel remained strangely restless beneath my skin. Suddenly, the door pushed open and Dominic crossed the room in seconds, concern darkening his expression. He was beside me before I could steady my breathing, his hand closing around mine. "Are you hurt, Natalia?" "I heard you from the room beside yours.” I turned my gaze to him as I regained my composure. "I–I'm fine. It was just a nightmare," I said, brushing away strands of hair from my face.

She shook her head and drifted away, looking melancholy. I grabbed a few other ghosts, who all gave the same answer. Without exception, they knew nothing about their names or pasts, so I had no choice but to refocus on the clues at hand. The notice was roughly pieced together, but I could vaguely make out that it was a school notice issued to students. "Campus… Fully enclosed management… No communication devices allowed…" This was a fully enclosed boarding high school. Before completing their studies, the students could not set foot outside the school grounds.

**Ally’s POV** I woke up feeling refreshed. New house. New start. I woke the kids up and headed out to brunch. They could help me pick out a new car today. It was going to be a great day. We arrived to brunch at our favorite place and sat in our usual server’s section. The kids were happy, I was happy. Lo and behold when I looked up and saw none other than Collier though. It was such a weird sensation. I actually was glad to see him. It was as if every nerve in my body needed him again. What in the hell was wrong with me?

She is not even close to her co-workers but she feels that they are adjusting to being with her so that is okay for her. When the afternoon came, they also closed. "Zera, is there something like this in the back of your apartment? I'm sorry, we need it because my son have a deceased from a ghost," said a lady who was their colleague at work. "Decease?" She asked. The lady look confuse but later found out why Zera didn't know this. "He bumped into a ghost or he hurt the thing that cannot be seen by ordinary person, so my son have many allergies," he said. Zera swallowed because of that.
