It would be better if I didn’t let myself fall too hard. I stumble downstairs, my legs unsteady. I only remember the edges of my nightmare, bits and pieces, the smallest flashes. Ever since the incident she is having these nightmares, where she either sees a lifeless charlotte in her arms or the killer attacking her, and once the nightmare was over she couldn’t sleep again. So following the same routine, Arlette went back to her room while Zara laid down in the hope of having some sleep but she couldn’t do so and soon her alarm rang indicating it was time for college.

It’s during the hours alone in my bed that I remember. I remember my past. I remember the last 18 years of my life. I have started having nightmares. Their bodies are small and made of solid objects,” said Astrid in fear.

He glimpsed at his bare chest only to find large buries forming on his chest. Darach didn't know what kind of dark magic was this, it appears like Darach shares Amber's injuries. . . The echo of his harsh breaths was the only sound in the room. The little girl in the nightmare was his mate. Darach can't be mistaken in recognizing those soul burning eyes. The little girl he had seen was Amber just like in his previous nightmares. Darach can't sleep, his nightmares won't let him. Yesterday he had dreamed about Amber. She had stepped away from a lifeless Beaded Vulture with blood dripping from her fingertips.

It was clear he wasn't conscious or aware of his actions. "Show me what he's dreaming of," I said quickly, needing to understand the root of this behavior. Dane hesitated momentarily before pulling us into the depths of Percy's nightmare. The dream that unfolded was chilling. Percy was trapped in an alley, experiencing a violent assault by a group of vampires. In his nightmare, these vampires forced him to grind against another as they watched, a sick display of power and control. This explains his involuntary movements against Jo in the real world. The horror of the scene gripped me, and I turned to Dane in desperation. "Fix it, please. Oh shit, please Dane, fix it."
