Sabtu malam di sebuah kamar yang penghuninya sedang asyik sendirian. Entah apa yang sedang dikerjakan Janu. Matanya fokus dan tak berkedip menatap layar laptop. 'Jack, nongkrong, yuk.' Sebuah pesan masuk ke ponselnya. Ternyata dari Abraham. Janu yang sedari tadi hanya bermalas-malasan segera membuka dan membacanya.

The Next Night – The First Part of Their Plan Jasmine pressed fingers onto the smoothly waxed wood of a booth in a dark saloon, her eyes blankly drifting off into space. Whiskey and cigar smell hung in the air and jazz seeped from some ancient speaker far across in the corner. Jayla and Jade sat observing her from behind across where she was sitting, nervously protected. They waited. Then Jack showed up. He was wearing a black leather jacket, smile smeared across his face, still cutting. Jack eased in next to Jasmine and glanced at her sisters before he reclaimed his seat in his chair.

There was quite a lot of them to read. She would go back to her room, retire for the night and get up bright and early tomorrow. Jake poked his head into Jack’s study wearing a casual shirt and jeans. “I’m off to get some drinks with the guys. I’ll see you later” Jack waved an absent dismissing hand in reply. “How about you come out with me for this one night, huh? Just a drink” Jake asked him Jack looked up from the documents he had been reading with a frown on his face.

11:30 PM. I finished cleaning myself up and is now lying on the queen size bed. I just called my mom saying that I'll be staying at a friend's house tonight, in which she don't mind. I put my phone on the table and walk over to turn off the lights, when I hear a knock coming from the door. I turn on the lights again and walk over to open the door, only to see Jack standing there, all cleaned-up and holding a t-shirt and some shorts. "Here you go. You can change into these for bed," says Jack as he sits down beside Rachel and hands her the t-shirt and shorts, which are his sleep wears.

All through that day and through the night, the veins in our hands, wrists, and forearms glowed brilliant blue with Neron. Even now, three days later, my veins still glow bright as ever. As do Valen’s. I have to wonder if they’re ever going to stop. Or if they’ll stay brilliant and bright so long as Valen and I keep our vow. I grip the sack and walk back into the ship, touching the keypad to make the hatch close. In the kitchen, Valen prepares the meat, preserving it with some method he learned on Starvis to make it last lunars, if necessary.

Finally, he said, “Listen, Cadence, I’ve been having some really bad nightmares. And maybe it’s because everything that happened that night was so unusual, or maybe I’m losing my mind, but I don’t think Drew really fell down a cliff and cut her neck on a rock.” Cadence was stunned. She took a moment to collect her thoughts. She turned to her “old reliable” question and asked, “Can you tell me more about that?” Again, Jack hesitated. It was almost as if he thought someone was spying on them, and if they found out he suspected someone had altered their memories of what happened, they would find him, drag him away, and no one would ever hear from him again. “Well, you see, Cadence, every night

Soheila raised her hand and lifted the 'Jacks' to the air. Watching three important figures of the Eudoxsus Clan made them tremble and fear Soheila. Jackarie is a Cyan Rank Advance level, Jackie is at Green Rank Peak level close to Blue Rank Novice Level, and Jack is a Green Rank Peak level as well. Yet, Soheila could lift them at the same time without bathing an air. She looks so calm and relaxed when she lifted them. They were no struggling emotion on her face.

Under the night sky, Jack walked very quickly. He felt something surging in his body, as if his blood was boiling, and he wanted to quickly vent it out. He opened the system and lightly tapped on it, using two system tracking cards. “Soon, a good show is about to begin.” Jack smiled sinisterly. He raised his head and looked at the bright moon above his head. It was slightly emitting a red light, as if it was dyed with a layer of blood.

I was missing her a lot and wanted a friend to talk to desperately. Jack told me he sent them on a sudden short vacation to make things right with me without interruptions. The sudden buzz from my phone pulled me out of my thoughts. I took out my phone form my pocket, opening it up, I saw a text message from jack. "Hey little mate. I'll be picking you up at 10.30 tonight. Don't ask me why it's so late, it's a surprise ,Can't wait to see you! Lots of love,from the baddest wolf in town, jack the rider.*wink*wink"
