The Life Rebirth

The Life Rebirth

GABRIEL The whole place was somber the next morning when I went down to breakfast, so I adjusted my mood accordingly. There was no sound other than the din of cutlery against dishes or the occasional clink of ice settling in a glass. Alonzo gazed off into space as he nibbled on a triangle of toast, and both his children looked like Children of the Corn rejects with dark circles under their eyes and a look of being lost in their gazes.

The Mate Games

The Mate Games

I silently thank the Goddess that I kept my thin shirt on last night, too exhausted to pull it off. I notice a scroll on the ground close to my feet. I pick it up, and unfold it carefully, revealing precise, looping penmanship: ‘Step into Trial number three, Where shadows dance and none are free. In forest depths, you now remain, Where strength and wit may bring you gain. The bands you seek are high and bold, Taken from hands now growing cold. Collect the most and rise with pride, Or leave with nothing, cast aside. The final game begins today— Only nine are left to play.

Деница Пеловска
I've read all 104 chapters released until now. I have to say that I really liked the book until the last 5 pages. The thoughtful, brave girl we all knew until now is now stupid female that almost became the reason the male character got killed. There is not really any reason that can be an excuse

THE REFLECTION GAME

THE REFLECTION GAME

“Neither was the game. And yet here we are.” Mia and Ryan entered, looking equally shaken. Ryan tossed a book onto Anna’s desk. “Found this in the restricted section of the library.” Anna picked it up, reading the title. The Reflection Game: A Curse Through Time. Mia crossed her arms. “It says the game doesn’t end until all the lost pieces of the players are reclaimed.” Anna swallowed hard. “Which means…” Ryan nodded grimly. “We’re not free yet.” Silence filled the room. Logan sighed, running a hand through his hair. “So what now?”

Emperor Shadow

Emperor Shadow

The game was simple but the nature of the game was extremely unfriendly and deathly. “The game…” Her lips moved with no sound, was utterly confused. “Yeah. It’s your game but I simplify it.” “With?” “There will be no passport nor healing potion.” “Ha. ha. Ha.” She laughed soullessly. “There are a total of five lives. Each death will be felt in the body regardless of the process. For example, if they died by plunging the knife into the heart, a similar pain will be transmitted into the body. And, they will have to wait for the next rebirth. Each scenario will end once there’s no survivor.”

Deadly Game

Deadly Game

The linguistic scholar died. Before we could even reach the secondary stairwell, the massive, tinted glass windows of the living room shattered inward. A hail of high-velocity tactical rounds tore through the air, punching violent holes into the dark velvet couches and marble walls. Three heavily armed mercenaries, clad in matte-black tactical gear and Vance syndicate insignias, breached the shattered ledge using high-tension ziplines from an adjacent rooftop. Malakai returned fire instantly, his sidearm barking three times in rapid succession. The lead mercenary dropped hard against the broken glass, a tight cluster of crimson blooming across his chest.

My New Life Has No Room for Them

My New Life Has No Room for Them

But when I saw Tatiana's name on the screen, I was genuinely shocked. In both lives, we had never exchanged a private phone call. We both loved Matthew. In my past life, I refused to give him up, and she hated me for a lifetime. She even taught my own son to reject me. In this life, I retreated first. I removed myself from everything and escaped to the far Northern Territory. I never imagined we would speak at all. After a moment's hesitation, I answered. "Why aren't you coming back for the Full Moon Festival?" Her voice was stiff and unfriendly. It completely lacked warmth.

I stared at him, pressing my lips and continued playing. "Where do you live? " He asked after a while. "Not answering that." "Your name?" "I already told you. It's Natalie. " "Didn't get the last name." He answered, raising his brows. "I'm not telling you that either." He chuckled. I wonder what he's thinking. I glanced at the road again and saw who I was expecting. My brothers. They were coming in a car. I suddenly stopped and stared, waiting for them to come closer..

The system forces me to be the villain

The system forces me to be the villain

“These questions aren't enough to make it difficult for you… This sentence internally… The taboo of revealing identity will result in death. How reckless?” “New recreations reach first to me, everything else… Nothing.” “You let go of Lady Alice. I just came up with a very interesting game. The game is called 1:1. Sound mesmerizing?” "I haven't asked the last question yet." “The first question you asked two questions, I answered them both. Law is law, fair contract. To say is to do.” "Okay. Put her down.”
