An Act of Vengeance

An Act of Vengeance

“And I have no wish to know anyway. But what I do know is that most of his research just before his disappearance, and even after that, had to do with human lives. If I had to make a guess, he was trying to figure out a way to grant humans immortality, and lost his humanity and sanity in the process.” “Shibasaki here nearly came back half-dead during that mission to apprehend Kanzaki two years ago. We received the order from the government to not kill Kanzaki, as they wanted his research materials. And thus, he was sentenced to life imprisonment under maximum security detail.” The Elder went on to explain. Ren shivered a little. “I still remember that mission,” he mumbled. “I never want to g

The Bad Son-in-Law

The Bad Son-in-Law

"He is not the same as us. Kazuo-kai is a psychic human who cannot die. He is the Immortal Deity." And then, the man smiled. He was remembering their big secret, the secret they had kept all along. "Because it was Kazuo who raised four people who were almost dead. One of those four was me." ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The Merman, My Man

The Merman, My Man

That was when I noticed a man dressed in a black kimono who looked rather familiar, and suddenly realized that he was a younger Bob. If both Mary and Bob were here, what about Asura, the other major character of this story? It drove me to look around despite the difficulty, but I couldn’t find any merman with a purple tail after looking through the other glass tanks. This means that Asura had yet to show up, and I could more or less deduce the date—if Hiroshima had been nuked, the Japanese wouldn’t have had the spare time to study merfolk. In other words, I had arrived at this dimension before the Second World War… or before Hiroshima was nuked, to be precise.

Pia
Lot of erotica, but very captivating and a unique style. Very original story that for a change isn’t about werewolf alpha’s or ceo’s. I love how the author produces a really in dept plot which is not predictable at all. Great author, great work!
Courtney Lee
Author does an excellent job of steamy scenes, although it would be nice to read the male lead’s point of view. Female lead, Linda can be a bit frustrating, but keep in mind that she’s viewing male lead and mermen from a sheltered academic viewpoint.

Dragon-kissed

Dragon-kissed

“How could they allow the hunting and killing of the ocean lizards for the experiment?” “To summarize the paper’s abstract,” Sasha said, “Tamerlane sold it as a potential end to humanity’s godhood envy. Basically, if humans could achieve immortality, we’d be on an equal footing with the Dragon God himself and a step above above the dragon kings and the rest of their kind.” “But that was impossible,” Aki blurted out. “Kuzuryū Daimyōjin, if wounded, could grow back any of his nine heads and any of his appendages.”

I was never Human

I was never Human

"I am not what you think, but more than I appear. I would say that I am harmless, but that would be a lie. I am, however, harmless to you." She spoke. I looked her up and down. "Are you not human?" "I am." "Then how are you not harmless?" I know what I said was harsh, but in my world, humans are not seen as dangerous creatures to the rest of us. They can be dangerous to us all and the environment, but, individually, never dangerous. The woman simply smiled, stepping closer to me. "Others would have taken offense, but I understand why you say that. Like is said, I am more than what I appear."
