No Longer Your Luna Novels & Stories

As I made my way up the stairs, Delia's words echoed in my head. "We don't want you here as our future Luna. You know I'm the beta's daughter, and me and Hughy are destined to be together." I rolled my eyes and let out a heavy sigh. This girl was really something else.

“Mom.” “Yes, dear?” “Can you tell me a little bit more about the Lothians? Why am I so important to have? Why they took Alexandria.” I asked. I could see the shock on her face when I asked. “Well. It is a bit difficult to explain. Ledges have it that the Luna, also known as you. Are the only ones that can wipe out their existence. This is why they are they killed your sister. Before she could transform.” She said placing her hands on her lap.

“Leon. From now on, Lisa could take my place as your Luna, and you two could have your own heirs. In 3 days, at that Luna’s Coronation Ceremony, your Luna can be any she-wolf, but not me. Starting today, I wouldn’t be your mate anymore. I reject you as my mate. Don’t even try to find me or the triplet pups. It’s over between us, for good.”

Luna was constantly sitting, so when she received the unexpected news, she merely clutched the bench's edge with both hands. She lowered her gaze and remained silent. Wills Waltson took a knee in front of her. "Luna …" He was interrupted by Luna "Do you want to claim that I am your second uncle's daughter? Impossible." "I also hope it's impossible, but it's true." "They are no longer in this world, what makes you think that is the truth? Only they will know the truth. "

Luna Kyra laughed, “I, for one, am glad you didn’t. Our pack is going to have one kick-ass luna because y’all failed.” My head whipped over to face Luna and I grinned widely. Luna Kyra laughed knowing I was shocked at her use of foul language and southern slang in the same sentence. When I looked at my bodyguards, they were all giving her the same look. Luna Kyra chuckled, “What? It’s true.” Tayna laughed, “Yes, it is true. We just didn’t expect the current luna to express that thought so much like we would.” She shrugged, “Hey, tomorrow is my last half day as luna. Let me start acting like a regular person.” I smiled, “You’ve earned it.”

“She gave me a son Ava, you could understand that right. I need a heir to continue the future generation of this pack. She is what is good for this pack. For me….” He was asking me if I was okay with stepping down from my role as Luna and giving it to Alex. Still I could not speak. He took it as my acceptance and Alex came out of nowhere holding a child. Jacob kissed Alex in front of me and grabbed their child. “We are very happy together and the child that came from our union is proof that the Moon Goddess can be wrong at times.” He told me that I could never give him a child and there was no need for me.

He didn't answer. I tried to reach Leo through our mother-son link. Still nothing. I knew then. They had both blocked me. My lips moved, a silent breath shaping their names. Emory... Leo... Farewell. I heard panicked shouts around me. "The Luna isn't breathing!" "Her wolf is gone! How is this possible—" I closed my eyes and let the darkness take me.

I left his room even before he could complete his statement. I can't believe they could do this to me despite the amount of money that I'd spent so that they help me to the end of the contest and then I'll be crowned as the Luna of the pack. My dream of becoming the Luna of the pack is going down the drain. I can't sit and watch Alessia become the Luna of the pack. *** "What!" Lilian gasped out in shock after I explained the situation to her. "How could they do this to you in this crucial moment? And you need to complete and win the task before you can be crowned as the Luna," she said.

Luna snapped before abruptly ending the call. I stared at her in disbelief, struggling to contain my laughter. “What?” she demanded, her tone tinged with irritation. “How did you know he was wearing the same things?” I finally managed to ask, still incredulous. “It had to be him, and I was absolutely right. I told him never to take them off,” Luna replied matter-of-factually. I nodded slowly, a silent ‘aha’ forming on my lips. As Luna rejected another call from Chase, my phone began to ring, displaying his name. Before I could even consider accepting it, Luna swiftly declined the call, her frustration evident. Suppressing a grin, I watched as she shut down yet another attempt from Chase to r
