Nolan wasn't yet aware of what he had done and he would like to keep it that way until everything falls in place. He could already predict everything that was going to happen and kept hoping that things would fall in line with the procedures in his head. Somehow, he feels some sort of connection between that lady Carolyn, and His Imperial grace. She has this unique aura that matches perfectly with his or maybe it's just in his head. "The car has been prepared for you, your grace". He spoke from behind with his head bent down and Nolan nodded. He was in no hurry at all when he walked into the car and Scorpion followed through the other door.

Let's start with Nolan. Nolan continues eating while he answers, ''I have my work cut out for me that's for sure. We are just working on basics and stamina right now. But there are some promising warriors there. I think Thesseus ego got a bump today though.'' His eyes twinkle when he looks at Noelle. Holly lifts an eyebrow, ''Why what happened?'' Nolan continues, ''In the end, we were sparring, and I matched him with Noelle. He was so indignant that he got paired with such a weak partner. But Noelle was smart with the fighting, and she knocked him out in the end.''

"Nolan just cancelled on Noel, making up some lame excuse that he has a family emergency and can't make it." "How do you know it's an excuse?" Harken asks. "Because I'm well aware of his family, his parents' aren't even in the country right now and they rarely ever contact their sons for anything, Nolan's older brother included. So, how could he suddenly have a family emergency, an hour before they're meeting up? That just sounds like an excuse to me."

"I also don't know when I will return to acting. I am waiting for the right time, I hope the fans will not waver. Besides..." Nolan watched to the heart. He remembered the first time he met her. At the time, he did not know that she was Phelan's woman, he approached her simply because he was interested. He taught Lily to behave like Aurora, all to serve his purpose of hurting Phelan. However, there were moments when he looked at Lily and imagined Aurora, and he fell in love a bit. Just a little, not much, but this feeling made him much more indecisive.

"Syane says you’re quite the strategist." "I like... football?" Nolan offered. "And I collect, um, vintage stamps. They’re very orderly." "Nolan is an expert in historical philately," I covered quickly, my heart sinking. "And he uses complex algorithms for his sports betting. He’s incredibly disciplined." Cage hadn't said a single word. He just sat there, a dark, silent shadow at the head of the table. Finally, Mom looked at him, her eyes pleading. "Cage, dear? Won't you ask Mykel anything?"

“Then why arent you using your mole right now?" The atmosphere shifted and we all looked confused. The suggestion in the words cut in hard. I leaned forward, my heart racing in my ears. "What do you mean by that?" Nolan shook his head sharply. "He is in the team. He has access to him and he is loyal to you. He may be your best hope." Liana straightened in her chair. The paleness in her face shifting into something else, something more purposeful as she asked the question on everyones mind. "Best hope for what?"

Nolan gulped. I looked at a soldado, Fitz. "He's got nothing but an ID and ice cream shop coupons," Fitz confirmed, handing me Nolan's wallet. I grimaced at him. "What are you? Five?" Nolan eyed me. "You know, you seem familiar. Are you that Mafia guy from the news or something?" Someone punched Nolan in the gut; he let out a grunt and bent low. I checked through the ID, Nolan Mercer; he was from Kansas City, Missouri, and worked in the construction industry.

I sighed and worried. "Stop worrying. It will be fine." he whispered in my ear. I nodded and he kept his arm around my waist as we left our room and headed out the door. As we walked, Nik stepped up to Griffin's side as Dolph did the same on mine. "Has anyone ever seen Chance fight?" Nik asked. Griffin and Dolph shook their heads but I nodded. "Yeah, I have. He's brutal and swift. He favors his right side and he shifts early." I volunteered, trying to remember all the times that I had watched Chance spar.

Wasn't he supposed to be abroad? Noelle watched as Chance and the curly-haired woman walked out, hand in hand, like a couple. She felt as if her core beliefs had been shaken to their very roots. The men from the Lowe family were truly cut from the same cloth; both Quentin and Chance were equally adept at having affairs. No wonder Chance hadn't returned home all year round. He had a woman on the side! Noelle was still reeling in from the shock when Yvette returned. "What's wrong, Noelle?" she inquired with concern, noticing her dazed expression.
