Let's Fall in Love Again (book 2)

Let's Fall in Love Again (book 2)

“Never. Marcus was sick from the minute he was born. As the boys grew, Marcus became sicker, so I moved the family to the country, hoping it would cure his aliment. It didn’t. I kept Matthew away from Marcus, mainly because I didn’t want the boys to become close and have Matthew mourn his twins’ death when it finally happened. Soon, I took Matthew and moved to London to prepare him for his title. His mother died and Marcus lived with his grandmother. It was during those years when his body finally failed and took his life.” Although the story was sad, familiarity nudged at her memory. Where had she heard this tale before? If she wasn’t mistaken, the sad story sounded so much like… She gasped

Freya Rose Book Four ~ Heartbroken By A Hunter

Freya Rose Book Four ~ Heartbroken By A Hunter

the guy replied, with a hint of laughter in his voice. Preoccupied with my self-indulgence, I was powerless to stop Finn leaving, my body was raging, shuddering under every stroke of my finger. I heard Finn leave the room, and the door close quietly behind him. I then heard the strangers shoes tap on the floor as he approached the bed, and my heart felt like it was going to leap from my chest. I felt so conflicted, my body felt alive with power and ecstasy, but my mind was still my own. What the fuck is this guy? I thought as I felt his leg brush up against mine, and another pulse flew through my body, making me moan out again.

Obviously the story line is good as I've read up to book 4. I must say I hate Freya a little bit at this point in time but who knows if that will change. Onto book 5. I wonder if that's where it ends for Freya?

words cannot describe how amazing this author is !! I have remained glued to the stories and on the edge of my seat throughout. The books should be in a book store ! I truly hope someone finds these books and makes them into a move as that would be truly exceptional... eagerly awaiting the next book

Billionaire's Accidental Wife

Billionaire's Accidental Wife

How could everything change from the color rainbow and sunshine to a massive dark and sad downpour of unforgiving rain? Liam (Book 2)

It felt like I had died and been brought back to life for a long time. God didn't want me to leave this world just yet. After my conscience met my mother for the first time, I felt a dream. Some supernatural shit like when a hero failed to save the world, they would meet someone who never wants them to give up and gives a second chance. It seemed like forever, but I finally opened my eyes. It was a blur until I focused on the bright light above me. Was this the light that brought me back?

Every Shade Of Desire (short story collection)

Every Shade Of Desire (short story collection)

Vivienne stepped into the elevator and let the doors slide shut with a soft ding. Another night bleeding into morning. The signed acquisition papers weighed heavy in her bag, but she felt nothing. Just the familiar numb buzz of getting shit done. She hit the button for the lobby and leaned back against the wall, already scrolling through tomorrow’s calendar on her phone. Floor 34 down to 22. Nothing new. The doors opened on 22 and he slipped in. Noah.

Tale of Two Lives

Tale of Two Lives

On top of that, when he saw that Vivian got burned by a stray ember, he completely lost his cool. Because of what happened, he locked me in a room all by myself, cutting off all the electricity. Ever since I was abandoned, I had been terrified of the dark. In the past, I had him to keep me company. Even after he grew distant, I still had a dim, yellow night light as my only solace through the endless nights. But in that enclosed, windowless room, I spent an entire night in absolute darkness. Finally, I fainted. The next day, when I was allowed to leave the room, I crawled out pathetically.

Whispers of Smoke: A Second Chance at Life

Whispers of Smoke: A Second Chance at Life

I did not say anything during the entire thing and just watched her quietly as she put on her show. I wanted to know just how sincere she was during our seven years of friendship. By the looks of it, I was too naive and mistook this venomous viper for a harmless pet. That was why I ended up dying so tragically in the previous cycle. “That’s fine. If you can’t help me, someone else will.” I did not stop smiling and dialed a number. The moment the call went through, the person on the other end asked anxiously, “Miss Nelson, have you managed to contact Joy?”

The Drifter's Memoir of a Second Life

The Drifter's Memoir of a Second Life

I creased my brows as if it took me some effort to recall. "Oh…" I suddenly gasped in realization, deliberately letting myself trail off before flashing an innocent smile. "So that was you—I'm so sorry, but like you said, it happened twenty years ago. It was so long ago that I've forgotten it. See, as I've accomplished so much important research work day after day, who has time to remember such… trivialities?"

Frequently Asked Questions

Number24 is this underrated sports anime that flew under a lot of people's radars, which is a shame because it's got such a unique vibe. It follows a former rugby star, Natsusa Yuzuki, who has to quit playing due to an injury but stays involved as a manager for his university team. The show isn't just about rugby—it digs deep into the emotional struggles of athletes, especially Natsusa's journey from player to supporter. The way it handles his frustration and growth is so relatable, and the team dynamics feel authentic, like you're peeking into real friendships.

What really stood out to me was the animation during matches—fluid and intense, but never sacrificing character moments for flashy action. The soundtrack also slaps, with this mix of upbeat tracks for games and quieter piano pieces for the introspective scenes. It's not your typical 'power of teamwork' sports story; it's messier, more personal, and all the better for it. I binged it in two nights and still think about that bittersweet finale.
