Novel Chef Novels & Stories

I have a Sous Chef, two Partie Chefse, a Sausier Chef, a Chef Potager, a Entremettier Chef, a Boucher Chef, a Poissonnier Chef and two Tournant Chef. As the doors open and diners begin to settle at their tables, I take a careful look at my surroundings, yearning with all my might for Harper to come through the front door at any moment. The truth is that my life is not a fairy tale, much less a novel written by Jane Austen. Apparently happy endings are not available to me. Rather, it looks like a horror novel written by Guillermo del Toro. I feel like shit, but I smile broadly at the diners asking to see me to congratulate me.

"What do you want?" "Umm...Hi," Nova waved. "I am here to interview for being a chef, I saw the banner." She smiled nervously. She really hoped she got the job. "What's your name?" The hefty looking man asked her. "Nov... Noah, my name is Noah," She hurriedly said quickly. "Follow me, the interview has already started." The man led her to a grand kitchen. Her mouth agape, she widened her eyes in shock, the kitchen equipment were so good.

“But I am surprised. Most wealthy men don’t usually cook because they don’t have to. They can hire someone for that.” “True. But I prefer cooking for myself when feasible. The main reason is a chef has eyes and ears and I like my privacy.” “Oh, is that why you don’t’ have a butler either?” “That’s right. But, I do have a cleaning lady who comes in three times a week.” Chelsea nodded. “Try the dish. I can’t wait to hear what you think.” Chelsea picked up a fork and stuck a ravioli. She blew on it since it was piping hot. Then she put it in her mouth. She slowly chewed to get a good taste of it. “Do I taste garlic?”

Just like a secretary serving his boss. "Do you guys like the food we serve?" asked the chef, as he approached Nova and Liana. Liana commented. "The food in this restourant is very delicious." "Thank you very much, you guys are a very good couple. Other people thought you would be his secretaries," the chef said. Nova fell silent, feeling guilty. Liana is speech not much. Eventually the chef leaves, Nova and Liana become awkward. Liana took a knife, she wanted to cut the beef steak with mushroom sauce, but Nova told her to stop cutting. Nova took Liana's plate and started cutting beef steak with mushroom sauce.

However, it was hard to tell if it worked because, at least for now, she did not feel anything. Although she did laugh, her heart was as calm as still water. About 20 minutes later, Javier came out of the kitchen, followed by a blond man. Suzanne knew the blond-haired hunk. He was the chef of this restaurant, and he had lived in Chinea before. She had heard that he went there to attend university at the time, but it did not work out. Instead, he got obsessed with Chinean cuisine, so halfway through, he had a change in career and became a cook.

The chef normally was around but wasn't there this time. Shortly after, I found the chef reading a novel. I cleared my throat, despite feeling bad for interrupting his time off. He looked up at me and asked, "Is there something you need Miss Winters?" "I was wondering if you could fix me lunch?" "It's no problem." The chef got up and walked to the kitchen. When we got the kitchen, he looked at me and asked, "Is there anything in particular that you want?" "I'd like a grilled cheese sandwich."

I pointed out, and she shook her head as she swallowed down the soup in her mouth with a satisfied groan. "That's different. I am rich, but not Riven's rich. Also, I don't own a personal chef," she said, then leaned toward me, her voice dropping to a low whisper. "Also, I heard you had to be super good to get to cook for Riven since he's very picky. Rumour has it he's killed like ten chefs for cooking mistakes, so this was probably made by the best of the best" Sighing, I picked up the hot cocoa and sipped it. It was good. No, it was more than good. It was like an explosion of decadent cocoa flavor coating my tongue and sending a happy rush through me

she stuttered. Brigail's cheeks hurt just by looking at Selah's strained grin. It was over-the-top. "And you are?" the man inquired understatedly. "Selah Pumphrey, chef. I'll be taking over the kitchen when Chef Tara steps down." The newcomer gave Selah a once-over before he gave her a stiff nod. "Bene. Let's get to work now, shall we?" "Excuse me, chef?" Selah asked in shock. Her unnatural smile died on her lips.

Zee said that the chefs taking part in the competition were chefs from London and Russia. "These two chefs are very handsome and still young. If our husband saw them he would be humbled," She said and her assistant came in and said, "Mrs. Anderson, the two chefs have arrived, can they come in?" "Yes, please.* "Mrs Anderson?" I mocked her because her husband was more possessive than Louis. She rolled her pitch-black eyes as she said, "Yes, Jamie always tells me to introduce myself by his name. Whereas only he has the right to call me my name, he's crazy, isn't he?"

She asked in awed as they walked inside. Ricky glanced up as he heard the chimes attached at the top of the door. He patted the chef on the back and excused himself. He strode towards the door where Mason and Kelsey were standing. "There's my new chef." He announced as he clasped his hands together. "Ready for your first day?" He asked as Kelsey took in his words. It seemed like a dream and she didn't want to wake up. It had been her biggest dream to be able to work at such a high class restaurant with a very talented chef like Richard Hellman.
