All Her Secrets

All Her Secrets

"Do we need evidence for this? You didn't even complete elementary school, yet you miraculously obtained perfect scores on a 15th-grade exam! Are you seriously suggesting that you didn't cheat? The test papers you submitted are evidence enough." A confident smirk graced Catherine's carefree face as she raised an eyebrow. Her lips curled into a smile, making her more charming than before. "So, you have no evidence!" Catherine seemed to have struck a nerve, prompting Bryan to quickly support her. "That's right. If you have no evidence, don't make baseless accusations. If you want to accuse someone, at least present the evidence!" he interjected. David and the others timidly echoed his sentimen

DON'T BEG ME NOW, MR. ARMSTRONG

DON'T BEG ME NOW, MR. ARMSTRONG

I was thinking. Because for the first time since the hearing, I had something. Evidence. Actual evidence. Not assumptions. Not suspicions. Proof. Small proof. But proof nonetheless. I opened my phone. Scrolled through my messages. Found the conversation with Madeline. The hundreds of photographs she’d sent. The evidence sitting quietly in my inbox. Waiting. My gaze returned to the video. Then back to the messages. Then back to the video. Something shifted inside me. Not dramatically. Not all at once.

Married To The Russian Mafia Boss

Married To The Russian Mafia Boss

I told myself that he was just doing what he could to protect me and my brother. Maybe I shouldn't have defended him so much to myself. "Do you even have any evidence?" I ask. I’m not sure why I leave my lips. Maybe it was because a small part needed something—anything—to prove to myself that this wasn’t true, but deep down, I knew that Nikolai wasn’t the kind of man who went around throwing accusations. A man like him doesn’t just go around pointing fingers without having hard evidence to back up his claims. “You want evidence?” he asks and I nod.

ONE NIGHT WITH MY HUSBAND’S BROTHER

ONE NIGHT WITH MY HUSBAND’S BROTHER

He moved away from her and Selene sighed. "Why are you so keen? We both cheated too, didn't we? We're not any saints, Selene." She blinked twice, staring at him with disbelief laced in her eyes, as if she could not believe he was the one speaking. "Have you gone all soft, Jeff? Do you have any idea what an evidence means? The absence of evidence is the evidence of absence! Evidence erases arguments, Jeffrey. There is no evidence of what we…" She allowed her index finger to travel in the space between both of them.

Spoiled by Mr. Russell

Spoiled by Mr. Russell

With a smile, Lily looked back and said, “These are all irrelevant. If I win this lawsuit, I will clear my name, and everything will be all right. Everything else is just secondary.” Initially, Olivia thought this matter would be complicated, but after hearing Lily’s words, it seemed very simple. However, Olivia still didn't know what Lily was going to do. “But the evidence…” “The reason why evidence is called evidence is that it exists objectively. Nathaniel thinks he has all the evidence because he took away my notes and all the materials. However, the most vital evidence is here!” Lily pointed at her head and laughed, “He can't take this away.”

How many chapters will this book have I have already spent $40.00 and that could have bought a whole novel. The book is good but it doesn’t need to carry on forever!!! What is the last chapter? I wouldn’t have started reading it had I known it wasn’t complete. This disappoints me greatly!!!

I would like to give my opinion on when his eyes open…… the book is great to read, but I feel like I pay to read that’s okay, but now it’s like the chapters is getting shorter, I don’t want to start on another story when I did not finish the first one. Please let me finish reading this book.

She Stole My Husband I Married His Brother

She Stole My Husband I Married His Brother

"The defense would like to present video evidence that contradicts the plaintiff's entire narrative." The judge nodded and Hailey pulled out her laptop, connecting it to the courtroom's display system, and suddenly there it was on the big screen... the footage from Novare Group's security cameras showing everything. Showing Jenny running toward me. Showing her grabbing my legs, and throwing herself on the ground while I stood there trying to pull away.

The Jewel of Your Love

The Jewel of Your Love

"Did that little brat tell you that? Stephen, are you really that naive to think that a little child's testimony would be useful in court? You have a lawyer next to you. You can ask him." Noah leaned back as if he weren't afraid of anything. A long time had passed since then. He was sure that Stephen wouldn't be able to find any evidence. He figured that Stephen had just brought Katie up to intimidate him. He wasn't going to fall for it that easily. "You're right," Stephen replied, looking at Noah calmly. "El's words can't be evidence, which is why I have been looking for other evidence. Guess what I found?" Stephen produced a photo and pushed it slowly toward Noah.

"Custom-Made" Lies

"Custom-Made" Lies

He argued that the video was blurry and could easily be explained as an emergency response to a pipeline leak. The discrepancies in the floor plan? A renovation company's mistake. All my accusations, he said, stemmed from subjective speculation and illegally obtained evidence. Listening from his seat, Marc even allowed himself a smug smile. Then it was my lawyer's turn. He didn't rush to argue. Instead, he submitted a new piece of evidence to the judge. "Your Honor, the previous video and blueprints may indeed be open to interpretation," he said. "But money does not lie." He handed over a set of bank statements and a copy of a real estate purchase contract.

LUNAR VEIL

LUNAR VEIL

He moved with a hunter’s surety, boots silent, rifle slung easily in his grip. “You sure about this?” he asked without turning. His voice was low, swallowed quickly by the trees. “I need evidence,” Evelyn replied. “Something more than bodies on tables and claw marks in bark. I need to see it for myself.” Jonah gave a humorless grunt. “Most people who see it don’t come back.” She ignored the chill that ran through her. “You’ve seen it, then?” His silence stretched. Finally, he muttered, “I’ve seen enough.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Novels are these sprawling, immersive worlds packed between two covers, where characters breathe and stories unfold in ways that feel almost alive. I've always seen them as more than just books—they're experiences. A novel isn't just about telling a story; it's about making you live it, whether through the gritty realism of 'The Grapes of Wrath' or the fantastical depths of 'The Lord of the Rings'. What hooks me is how they juggle multiple threads—plot, theme, character arcs—and weave them into something cohesive yet unpredictable.

What sets novels apart from shorter fiction is their room to breathe. They can take detours, build intricate backstories, and let relationships simmer slowly. Think about how 'Pride and Prejudice' lets Elizabeth and Darcy's tension build over chapters, or how '1984' spends pages making you feel the weight of Winston's paranoia. That depth is what makes novels addictive. They’re not just read; they’re inhabited. And the best ones? They leave you permanently changed, like you’ve lived a whole other life by the last page.
