She gently washed her arm, she noticed it was still tender to touch. Once all the grime had been cleansed from her body she stepped out of the bath finding a fluffy dressing gown hung on the back of the door. She wrapped herself up, then entered her new bedroom. Everything just looked so perfect. She stepped forward to look at the bookshelf. Everything she could want to read were on those shelves, from cheesy human romantic novels to classics. Her eyes fell further down the bookshelves, where thick leather wraps took up the bottom shelf.

He leaned into Ivy’s ear. "Ivy, don't move," Xavier said quietly. "Look behind him. Near the chimney." Ivy narrowed her eyes. In the darkness, she saw the glint of metal. A man was crouched behind the brick chimney. He had a black mask on, and he was holding a handgun. The barrel was pointed right at Julian’s heart. Julian didn't see him. He was too busy looking at Ivy, crying, and holding his lighter. "Julian, look behind you!" Ivy called out.

Stella stepped forward and asked the person. Stella was very crafty and she was thinking of making a soft, defensive armor for herself, but she could not find any good materials. She happened to be passing by the street and was instantly attracted by the mercenaries selling snow tiger skin. The person who introduced the snow tiger skin was called Hans Scholl. He was beaming when Stella asked a question. Then, he stretched out five fingers. "Beauty, this snow tiger skin is really special. It’s 500,000 bucks in The Nine Continents currency."

We had our hair curled and styled tight to our heads, with very little touches of natural makeup added. The one big downside of shifting was that too much makeup and it would show up on your fur. A knock sounded on the door and I smelled him walk in. Amber and musk hit my senses and I turned to see Gerwulf. His bloody red hair stuck out against the deep green dress shirt he wore to try to match. His black dress pants were fitted to his legs and he wore sleek black shoes. My body moved on it's own towards him like we were magnets. "They're still silver," he whispered, one of his strong hands reaching out caressing my cheek," I'm starting to really like them."
