Everything I was feeling. I knew I'd been suffering from Writers Block for a long time, and I was always getting messages from people who read my books, asking me when I was going to write a new one. Somehow, I felt like my life situation would make a perfect book right now. If I exaggerated it a lot… It helped me think of an idea. A woman in an unhappy marriage. A smoking hot ex-boyfriend. A steamy affair. This would make a great erotic novel. Forbidden Fruit.

I had an idea, and I was determined to make it work. I grabbed a pen and paper and began to brainstorm. I wrote down all of the possibilities, exploring every option no matter how wild or far-fetched.
