The system forces me to be the villain

Phedra Elizabeth said. "But unexpectedly, the heroine besides selling carpets is also a parasite, using words to insult the second female character in the story. It looks terrible." [Invite the host to complete the next puzzle piece.] "Oh, man. Thought the app only worked during office hours. Did I get a chance to shine? This is not easy." [Invite the host to complete the next puzzle piece.] x2. "But how did she get here?" [Located in the car storage.] "There are paradoxes in love stories. It's not like you want to understand."

Mafia Paradise

(whore) "How old?" I ask, finally giving in and wanting to ruin the rest of day even further. "Twenty." A small smile of victory leans onto his face as he shoves his hands into his pockets. "Cazzo, she in her second year of college. And her parents are okay with her marrying so young?" I interrogate, slightly bothered by marrying a girl significantly younger than me. (Fuck,) "It's crazy, but they said she didn't mind." He shakes his head as if he was surprised himself.

Zara Last night, I had tossed and turned for hours before sleep caught up with me in the early hours of this morning. I had come to a decision; go to Paradise Group and tell Marcello Andres to take responsibility. Only, it was easier said than done. The moment I walked into the magnificent architecture, I felt like an impostor. Paradise group stood towering over several buildings in the area and that was saying something, considering that this was New York .

THE JOURNEY TO PARADISE

THE JOURNEY TO PARADISE

The young girl was very hyper, so hyper that it wasn't a surprise that she passed out even before they could get to the independence square. The peace and quiet made Louisa reflect on the day's happenings. Christian Ayettey. Back then he had been really nerdy, but he was cute. Now all his boyish charm had evaporated and had been replaced with manly charisma. Louisa had felt some kind of attraction but she didn't really want to think about it. "Mum?" Isabel murmured. "Yeah?" "Can we get fried rice from Papaye please?" "No honey. There's food at home. But we can get some ice cream though."

Toxic Paradise

Toxic Paradise

As I walked through the streets of Chicago with a small box of crap from my desk, I felt almost like a zombie; like my physical body was there, but my brain was a million miles away. I wasn't even crying anymore... I just felt empty; like I didn't have anything going for me anymore.

she chuckled as if whatever she was saying amused her. "Or a city of secrets" Austin mumbled inaudibly. "Did you say something young man?" she looked at him confused. "No ma'am…just that you're kind" he smiled in adoration. … "I see you met a lot of people in Paris when you came?" He was wiping his hair with a towel. He was just from taking a shower. It seemed his wife was with someone when she came to Paris. "Yeah, I met a lot" she sat on her dressing table, applying lotion on her arms.

I wanted to pry the truth out of her, but deep down, I was afraid of what I might hear. As if waiting for judgment, my heart pounded and my fists clenched in nervous anticipation. Claudia didn't disappoint. She ground her teeth so hard I could almost hear them. "She's a poor little girl he picked up, and she's just returned from abroad." Claudia laughed softly, lowering her voice as if sharing a secret. "Ariana, when you and Nick went on that overseas trip, he had a layover in Paris, where he picked up Jasmine to bring her back with him."

I have never been on a roller coaster of emotions like this. You will understand why he’s like that at the end. Not excusing his behavior but it makes sense now. I’m proud of the fmc, and how far she’s come but I still feel like she deserves a better back bone. I’m invested so tbc when it updates ...

Also, I'm so done with Ariana, what is this woman evn on?? Why are authors still writing female characters who literally have zero self respect!pathetic

FELIX ------ It had been a week since Paris, Rafael and I had that encounter outside the library. I was so quick to assume Paris was late that I didn’t even try to listen to her. The security guard had to tell me that she was actually an hour and half earlier than I was, I didn’t even notice the clean office, arranged files and the coffee in her hand. I was too busy trying to be rude to her. Later on, I was told there was a camera and a recorder in my office other than the ones we install.

Soraya said, sitting down again. “Why? I did nothing wrong,” Paris said, smoothly, not scared. There has only been one person who has almost managed to kill him and that was Andre. Soraya continued reading her book, but Paris stood up and stood in front of her, pushing her book down with one finger the way she did with his magazine. “Are you happy?”

I fell into 'Azad Penaber' expecting a straight political tale and came away with a layered family saga that kept tugging at me long after the last page. The novel follows Azad, a man who has been living in exile for years, returning to the mountainous homeland he fled. At first the story reads like a reconstruction: Azad wanders through his old village, reconnects with distant relatives, and tries to reclaim the small, mundane pieces of a life displacement stole from him. But what surprised me is how the book alternates between present-day return and sharp, personal flashbacks—childhood games, first loves, the slow rot of suspicion among neighbors—so that every ordinary scene feels loaded with history.

The central conflict isn't a single villain but a matrix of memory, silence, and unsaid compromises. Azad discovers a hidden folder of letters and a tattered diary that reveal a love affair and choices that risked other people's safety; as he reads, his image of himself fractures. Parallel to that, younger characters—relatives, a teenager who idolizes him, a woman who once loved him—act as mirrors showing new generations' hunger for truth. The tension climbs toward a public unveiling at a village festival, where private betrayals bleed into communal consequences.

What I loved most was how the prose treats landscape as character: the mountains remember, the river keeps secrets, and simple meals become rites of reconciliation. The ending is bittersweet rather than triumphant—Azad can't fix everything, but he takes the first honest step. It felt true, messy, and somehow full of small mercies; the kind of book that sits on your chest for a while afterward.
