Ember is immediately terrified and clings to me. “What the hell was that?” “Yokai!” Ember screams. What the fuck is a Yokai? *Ember* I cling to Damian as I get an overwhelming sense that there's a spirit here. And it is not a happy one. I look around and see the Yokai in the river. It has its arms crossed and looks pissed.

Turning to him I raise a brow . “Lady Nari i hate to have to ask but we are having trouble finding what other being you are crossed with . You see, your blood is quite unusual , can you tell me anything new even if you dont think it's significant?” He asks and I can see she's trying hard to think . “My eyes glow purple” “ yes and her aura when her eyes change is strong , no to much behind mine” Nari just looks at me , maybe i forgot to tell her that .

Maiko Chiba also tossed Clara Beck’s mother onto the ground. With Uncle Drake and Fairy Doctor’s aura around, the demonic spiders with human faces didn’t dare to get close. “Master, what is this thing?” Maiko also felt strange. This was the first time she was seeing this type of spider. “Shura Spiderwoman!” Alex Rockefeller said. “Do you recognize it?” Fairy Doctor asked. “I’ve read about it before. It’s very difficult to deal with,” Alex said.

Sorniah smiled, as Yetta was unable to call upon her wolf. “Yetta i am sorry but this is the only way to ensure our safety. You understand. You would do the same.” Sorniah said as she pressed the knife across Yetta’s throat. She caught her blood in the bowl and then began chanting. Nora froze her hand over her mouth as she watched the graphic scene. It faded quickly and was replaced by the image she saw before, of Nadia turning into a hunter and hating her mate. The world went dark again.
