My Husband Wants Me Dead

My Husband Wants Me Dead

The nurse entered Room 606 carrying a bouquet of flowers. "Ms. Quill, these flowers were sent by a gentleman," she announced. Assuming it was Kevin who had sent them, Esther said casually, "Just leave them there. Thank you." "No problem," the nurse replied, placing the flowers and heading back to the nurse station. Seizing the moment when no one was in sight, she opened the box and discovered a gold necklace nestled inside. Her eyes widened in surprise as she covered her mouth. The dazzling necklace held an unexpected allure, and she couldn't resist trying it on. The realization that she had received such a precious gift merely for delivering flowers felt like an extraordinary stroke of luck

Billionaire's Match

Billionaire's Match

"Today was supposed to be my gift to you." "You give yours, I give mine. This is our newlywed gift," Nick said, a slight curl at the corner of his lips. He personally slipped the rings and bracelets onto her fingers and wrist, then gestured for her to help him put his on. On Nick's wrist was a watch worth nearly a million dollars. Khloe smiled, eyes twinkling. "This is a matching set. Aren't you afraid people will make fun of you at work?" "All the better if they do," he murmured teasingly in her ear, so softly that the store staff couldn't hear, yet their intimate gestures drew plenty of attention. Soft whispers of envy floated over to them, making Khloe's ears flush red.

I don't agree with any negative responses. The book is awesome. Fast moving plot, very sweet love, amazing descriptions of views and feelings. Love it ! The only comment I can agree with, it takes too long of a waiting for next chapters, but we don't know the author situation to judge.

In Love With My Son's Best Friend

In Love With My Son's Best Friend

“Even without the degree yet. You earned it, so I wanted you to have something that reminded you every day—with every patient or every moment you doubt yourself—that you’re more than enough.” Tears spilled over, but she left them alone. “Thank you,” she whispered. “Thank you for seeing me.” “I always have.” She set the stethoscope down carefully, then stood up and came around the table. This time she hugged me tighter. When she finally pulled back, her eyes were still red, but her mouth curved into a smile. “I can’t believe you did all this,” she said. “Flowers, candles, dinner, and a custom stethoscope.”

The Pride

The Pride

Does he actually deserve it or not? People say gifts are not given for free. There are always consequences to pay in return. But again, Nicko didn't care. If he wanted to give a gift to someone, then that gift would be given to him, no matter what. Nicko is the type of person who is consistent with everything he says. His desire to give a present to the new Lord Han Junior he had just met was not simply out of a return to Edmund. He saw the good intention of Mr Han Junior to provide free medical treatment for those in need.

Thoughtful Nurse

Thoughtful Nurse

"How troublesome you are! You know you're in no shape, yet you still provoke me." She pushed me away, but I didn't let go, leaning down to kiss her ear. "We can't go all the way, but we can..." We'd always made an effort to keep things interesting, so when I hinted, she understood, her cheeks pink as she nodded. I glanced down at the IV in my hand. At that moment, the door swung open. "Ah!" A young nurse, Rachel Chase, nearly dropped her tray. "I'm sorry! It's time to change your dressing."

SORRY DEAR EX, IT'S YOUR LOSS, NOT MINE

SORRY DEAR EX, IT'S YOUR LOSS, NOT MINE

I can no longer undo how my words would affect him. But Brent chose to ignore my words and proceed to explain. “This is the first time I am going to give you anything of value, Beth.” He was trying to pull me back to the present and our predicament. I appreciate the generosity. I really do. “But a hospital?” I shot back to argue because I could not fathom his motivations for doing it. It was not a simple gift. It was a very costly gift. “I can always accept flowers, notes, and dates, but not a hospital as a gift. That was too much, Brent.” I shook my head, still reeling from Brent’s disclosure.

From the start this author excites us with this awesome book. I love how authors connects with their readers and this book did exactly that. Yes, there are plots but this author knows where to draw the line and don’t let it dragged. This book is a ten star and one of my favourite. Def read again!

It’s a great Novel. I really loved Marcus and Martina’s stories of them all. Please try to include little updates of their life too in further episodes as the story progresses with other brothers. Marcus’s character is well written since the beginning and a very likable character amongst others.

His Bane

His Bane

Marissa felt a surge of gratitude, knowing that these gifts were not just material items but symbols of the love and support that surrounded her. Among the gifts, one particularly caught her attention—a beautifully bound book filled with handwritten recipes from the village's oldest residents. This was a treasure she had always wanted, as cooking had been a cherished pastime shared with her mother. The book was a collection of family recipes, each page telling a story of love, tradition, and the joy of gathering around the table. As Marissa flipped through the pages, she could almost hear the laughter of her family and friends echoing through the years.

Mr CEO Your Ex-wife Is Back

Mr CEO Your Ex-wife Is Back

I told him. I bought a large gift basket — premium diapers, baby milk formula, soft blankets, a silver rattle, and a beautiful blue onesie with “Little Prince” embroidered on it. I also added a bouquet of white lilies for Sienna. When I returned to the car, Julian looked at the gifts with a raised eyebrow but said nothing. As we drove, I secretly sent a quick text to a trusted journalist contact: Julian Harrington and Ava Morrison visiting Sienna at St. Mary’s Hospital right now with gifts. Showing class after the scandal.

No Jealousy Left, Alpha

Rhydian didn't show up for the next few days. He just sent his Beta with all kinds of priceless gifts. Powerful healing salves. Rare herbs from the high mountains. Tonics meant to restore a shifter's strength. Each one priceless. Each one cold. Whenever the nurse came in, I told her to turn visitors away. "The Luna needs to rest." "Ma'am, these supplements..." the nurse asked carefully. "Donate them to patients who need them," I said without looking up.
