Novel Gifting Novels & Stories

] [The Northern Frontier's Runaway Princess gifts…] The screen continued to fill with an array of flashy gifts. Holly stared at the flood of virtual gifts, stunned. After a moment, she managed to say, “Thank you to the generous lady from the Northern Frontier! We appreciate your support for our company, but please don’t go overboard with the gifts. You should spend wisely! If you’re interested in our product, just click the link below to purchase it. We’ll be donating half of all gift proceeds to charity. Thank you!”

She pushed her closed fist toward him. Nico eyed her clenched fist but did not move to take the necklace from her. He shook his head. “No.” He already gave it to her, and he never takes back whatever he gives. “That is a gift.” He pushed back her clenched hand that held the necklace, declining her offer. “It is yours. I gave it to you because I want to surround you with things I bought.” He told her sincerely. But it only made Kara feel uncomfortable about wearing his gifts. His words reminded her that like all the expensive things adorning her body, she was also an accessory - his accessory. One he purchased and bought according to his whims.

For two years, Primo hadn’t forgotten about all the events in my life. He sent gifts during Christmas, Valentine’s Day and my birthday which is also the anniversary of our engagement and will also become our wedding anniversary. Although he never visits, but the gifts he sent weren’t just for show. They were really expensive. For Christmas, he sent me a diamond studded necklace with a watch that had the same design.

After celebratory hugs and greetings, she glanced at Nova and Charlotte and they nodded agreement. Nova stepped forward. “We girls have a few gifts for the important people in our lives. We wanted to do this now, before dinner, since we’re way too impatient to wait any longer.” She grinned, causing everyone to laugh at her unapologetic statement. They each stepped forward and started handing out the small gift boxes. Ember handed one each to Richard and Cordelia, Dad and Mom, Alpha Denzel and Luna Cindy and to Calum and Ilene, Leo and Oliver and finally she handed the last gift to Ash, who seemed confused, since she usually couldn’t keep a secret from him.

“I, uh… walked past that gift shop.” Her gaze flicked down, curious. “And?” she asked. “I, uh, got this for you.” I handed her the paper bag and she peered inside curiously. “Oh, no! You didn’t!” she exclaimed with a gasp. “I mean, why did you even bother? It’s just too expensive for a book, you know. And there’s no occasion. Why would you give me this gift?” “Please accept it, Natalie,” I said, more earnestly than I’d planned. “Consider it a thank-you gift for everything you’ve done for me and my company.”

locate the new book, and send your votes there. As for the gifts, the top-up gifts, like bouquets, coffee, cake, etc., are linked to the new book version. So, you can send top-up gifts to the old version, and I'll still get it. However, coin gifts can only be given to the new version. As to why? I don't have the answer to it. It's a programming thing. For questions or concerns, please find me on social and send me a DM. Thank you, LiLhyz

"I'm Gwendolyn Falsimmo, and my gift is a pair of pearls. Happy birthday, Mr. Norwood." "I'm Sinistra Clancy, from Silverton's Ivy Commerce. My gift is a McLaren. Happy birthday, Mr. Norwood." "I'm Mirabel Constance, and my gift is an ancient recipe. Happy birthday, Mr. Norwood." … The gifts quickly turned into a sizable pile.

Each gift includes a personalized note from him saying things like ‘sorry I’m not with you right now’, ‘I cherish every moment we share’, ‘You make me happy,’ and even one that says, ‘Don’t worry I’ll tip the delivery guy because I know you traumatized him. I smile and laugh at each one, however, what actually brings a gasp from me is the collection of new books from my favorite author that haven’t been officially published yet, personally gifting the first edition of the books to me as well as a note telling me I’d become a renowned chef, but I also had the potential to become a greater writer than she could ever be.

"I couldn't help it. It's my favorite name for you." He rolled his eyes, but I'd known him my whole life. I could tell he was starting to enjoy the gifts, even if he'd never admit it. The fourth was a journal. A really nice one too, leather-bound. "For work," she added. "Or whatever." The final gift was a set of grooming products, body wash, shampoo, skincare, the lot. "It had really good reviews. Smells incredible too." Lory's grin turned wicked. "And, you know… every time you use it in the shower, you can think about the person who gave it to you. Picture her, even—"

“I don’t know… was just a bit weird since I know you liked reading so much. But everything sort of clicked when you told me you used to live in here. Thought you might want some new things to read instead.” ...He was trying to give me a gift. Or... sort of. It was a gift, in a weird ‘probably stole these from the library’ kind of way. And they were definitely from the library. I recognised all the titles immediately, could even almost remember exactly where they would be placed on the shelves. After all, I’d already read all of these books too. ...However, the sentiment was there and I appreciated it. Building good rapport with Aleric was only going to work in my favour for the future.
