Obsidian Blade Novels & Stories

I informed as I went in to pick it with my handkerchief. I could feel the hum of power buzz the second I touched it. I just knew. The artifact hummed a rhythm that wasn’t of here. It didn’t belong . It was obsidian blade, straight like the mini sword it was. It’s edges glimmered like light hitting diamonds and I could feel the runes that throbbed faintly in sync with my own pulse. Not a mortal weapon that should have killed someone like that from what I have gathered. It was a purging dagger.

It looked dangerous… sacred… and strangely familiar. “The Blade of Tenebris,” I murmured, recalling the words I’d once tried so hard to forget. “It cuts not flesh, but spirit. A single strike leaves enemies hollow, their will severed. It was quenched in the Void during the First Apex War. Every wielder leaves behind a fragment of their soul.”

He said rubbing her shoulders. "Noah!" She croaked and hiccuped as she cried with all her heart. "He doesn't d-deserve that!" She stuttered and wiped her tears holding his only bracelet that fell. "I know Mia, he doesn't deserve that." BLAZE VIEW. Blaze was in his human form, fighting off the rogue warrior in one second, he ripped their head off with anger and his eyes glaring at nowhere. There was he, his only objective was to kill the rogue alpha without any mercy.

And highly illegal. The smudge elongated. Solidifying into a thin, wiry frame clad in matte-black fiber. The assassin didn't make a sound. He didn't even have a scent. He held a jagged sliver of obsidian—a Null-blade, designed to bypass Barzil-armor and sever the spinal cord of a sleeping target. He reached for the door handle. The fool. He was risking execution to kill a girl who wasn't even there. I moved. I didn't roar. I didn't announce my presence. I simply detached myself from the wall and became the crushing weight of the world.

He yelled as kept dodging her strikes "IT'S ME!!" He added but it was like she couldn't hear what he was saying, she just kept swinging her blade at him like she had the intent to kill him. An ominous figure whatched it play through a screen in an unknown location. "How will you get out of this?" "You can't save yourself if you stay" "You can't save her if you run" "Can you bring yourself to attack someone you love?" SHIN SEKAI SECRET: The blade of Obgun'abali has the ability to change it's level of sharpness depending on who or what it wants to cut.

The Hollow Blade waited for her there. It was no weapon forged by men, nor a simple vision birthed from fear. It was something etched into the marrow of her existence. A spectral blade with jagged, shifting edges, its body wreathed in whispers that cut deeper than steel. The voice it carried wasn’t one voice, it was many, layered, distorted, yet unified in cruelty. "You think you can wear the crown of Luna? You think your blood is strength, hybrid?" the Blade hissed, circling her in the void-space.

They’ve forgotten wolves chew through their own paws when cornered. One of the guards offers him the ceremonial blade from earlier—standard steel, worn hilt engraved with pack sigils. The priest barely glances at it. He lifts a hand and dismisses it like a king waving off a servant. He’s brought his own. It’s more of an obsidian and bone material. The handle is wrapped in something that might’ve once been human skin. The edge shimmers with old runes that seem to move or laugh. It’s the kind of blade you don’t just flay with, but you feed. He sets the blade on a silver tray beside me, then uncorks a glass vial filled with something thick and green—wolfsbane oil. It smells like death soaked in

He already knows what is wrong but he still needs to confirm. He studied the young woman's wounds. There are scratches around her arms and legs. Probably from the dragging by her predators. Jones is a vampire but after years of practicing self-control, he managed to make his senses devoid of any scent. If his guess was true, then this woman's blood wouldn't affect him no matter how addictive her blood is.

~ SIERRA ~ It took Sierra a moment to realize what was happening. One moment she was standing by the window, breathing in the fresh air, and the next moment she was lying on her stomach, face to face with a stranger. Sierra opened her eyes to see a pair of icy blue eyes looking back at her. She had fallen on top of a guy, who seemed young, maybe around her age. He had jet-black hair that was styled like Leonardo DiCaprio in Titanic. He also had strong features and a sharp jawline, and his body was all muscles and rock-hard.
