Officer Hopps Zootopia Novels & Stories

As thoughts run through his mind, he looked up to see Harper rushing towards him. “No worries about the Zoo’s sir, all animals secure, so it looks like no big animals were around this way” But Smith did not seem to hear Harpers words, only the police sirens seemed to dominate his hearing, as he stared off into the night.

"It almost ate the officer alive, so I decided to help. Got a lucky hit in, and it ran." The officer’s eyes narrowed slightly. "A lucky hit?" Zephyr’s lips curved just slightly, not quite a smile, but close. "Like I said, I got lucky." The officer didn’t look convinced, but without any solid reason to question him further, he had no choice but to let it go. With a reluctant sigh, he closed his notepad. At that moment, Zephyr was certain the officer had started to wonder if the rumors about werewolves were true.

He had to do what was on his mind. When the streets got stuck, Boston grew impatient. He pressed the horn repeatedly to anger road users. But Boston didn't care, he drove fast enough to reach the police station not long after. When he got out of the car, the police were confused by his arrival. Boston stepped quickly and entered the police station. "Mr. Hopkins, how can we help you?" asked one of the policemen on duty. "Yes. I want to surrender myself,"he replied firmly and loudly. ***

the officer barked on Zayed's face and this time he became worried but still, he kept his face straight. Instead of accepting his crime, Zayed accused the officer," You forced them to confess the crimes which they never did nor I and my sister did. Are you a spy or something like that from my opposition party?" This time, the officer started laughing loudly like Zayed has said some kind of joke. While laughing hysterically he walked towards a switch and turned off the camera. Then, he looked at Zayed and stopped laughing. Zayed became suspicious of his actions and clenched his jaw.

Overlapping him, Alessandra agreed, “Everyone has!” He didn’t miss a beat as he finished, “but believe me, if I’d have seen a wolf, I would have told you. I would have told everyone! Put it on I*******m and everything. Would have had to start an account to do so,” he said with a smile. The cops laughed. “Yeah, it would have been something to see.” “So, the zoo is saying none of their wolves got out?” One of the officers shook his head as the other answered, “That’s their story. Between you and me, we’re not buying it.” The men shared a knowing look at how people are, and Daniel felt Alessandra’s fingers tighten on his arm.

A toll gate blocks it midway and three human officers stand guard. "Wait," I tell Ezekiel and the hunter, John. An open-back van approaches the toll gate. "He's in there," John whispers to me and I nod. We retreat and stay behind a bush to watch. One of the officers comes around to the back of the van and checks it. "Whoa! There's a freaking wolf here!" The officer shouts. Immediately, the rogue jumps out of the van. "Code red?" Ezekiel asks as the rogue attacks the men.

“I’m River. This is my boss Dahlia—she’s the property owner. She’s the one who had the encounter.” The officer’s eyes shift to me. “You’re the one it charged?” “Yes.” “You injured?” “No. It never made contact.” He makes a note on his clipboard. “Lucky. Rabid animals don’t have a fear response anymore. Once they fixate on a target they don’t back down until something stops them.” “Something did stop it,” I say flatly. “Multiple somethings, actually. It wasn’t just me out here.”

I silently urge her to help me. After giving me a subtle nod, she shifts her eyes towards Hope. “Yeah, that’s right, Hopi.” She clarifies to her, taking the handcuffs from her hands. “They belong to one of Daddy’s friends who works as a police officer. He must have left them here by mistake.” Hope’s eyes widen with amazement, and she claps her hands. “Wow! Daddy’s friend is a police officer.” Daisy and I glance at each other, sighing with relief.

“We're ready to move.” I gave a single nod and followed them out into the open air for the first time in what felt like an eternity. Fresh wind struck my face. Dropships waited beyond the shattered entrance, their engines humming as rescue personnel secured the perimeter. As we boarded, Officer Brynn fell into step beside me. “The rat forces responsible for your capture have been eliminated, Your Highness,” he reported quietly. “The nest has been destroyed, and the surviving hostiles have been taken into custody.” I stared out across the scarred landscape. “So it's over.”
