My soul is burning bright, this is how life should be. Twinkling stars fill the clear night sky, dancing beautifully and silently. I look beside me at Eve, those angelic green eyes reflecting the stars, open wide with amazement. It seems that she loves the starry night sky. I feel a tinge of sadness when she tells me that she’s never walked beneath the stars before. My hand makes its way to hers; I feel her warm soft skin and lock our fingers together. It’s bizarre, the moment my fingers interlock with hers, I’m filled with dread at the thought of having to let go.

“Let's go.” He took my hand in his and led me downstairs. Though I won't tell him this, had he not been with me, I might have tumbled down the stairs from how much my legs shook. “Good Morning!” Star clapped her hands in glee as she watched us. She looked like someone who had won a lottery of some sort, with the way her eyes sparkled. “Hi.” I beamed at her. “You look so happy, what's the secret?” I raised a brow.

The world who had eyes didn’t see me but I was seen by a man with unseeing eyes. I took another deep breath, and I sat up slowly. The moment I did, a loud cheer burst through the room, startling me. “Happy birthday to you!” A pop exploded beside me, followed by glitters raining down from above, sparkling in the light like golden dust from heaven. I see that there are a few stars in the sky tonight, which makes the atmosphere more beautiful. "The view is so beautiful," I say to Jack. Jack glance at me with a bright smile. "Hey! I ask as I stare at him while putting my hands on my hips. "Close your eyes," says Jack with a shy smile as he turns his head down.

I hold the necklace in my hands and carefully put it on her neck. Just as she feels it, she bows her head and looks at the necklace. She turns to me with a lovely smile. “It is beautiful.” she says, “I love it. Thank you.” When I look into her eyes, I see starlight glistening in them. I closed my eyes and smiled, feeling like things are going to be okay for me. I would finally be happy.
