" nevoice at me. "What are you doing here?"

He hums a response and drives off in the direction of the hospital. I buy my lips nervously as I try to ask the questions running through my mind. I was lost in thought as to why he was being so nice to me. "What is it?" I heard him say His voice jolted my back to reality from my train of thoughts. I turned to look at him, "Why are you being so nice to me? How did you get my number and you're driving straight to my dad's hospital without asking for directions" **** DAMIEN'S POV

So I push one word towards her. “Today.”

His golden soft brown hair was a mess. He made no movement towards me, he just stayed seated. I guessed he was waiting for me to move first. I took the two steps to reach him and put out my hand to him. He looked at it first before taking my hand in his. When he did I pulled him up and hugged him like it might be the last time I get to do so.

Sweat condensed on my neck and brow till he approached in front of me. “I didn't realize your new was my cousin. Look at the fate again,” he said with a smile, hoping no one would suspect him. I need someone to approach me since I won't be able to move if no one assists me. I'm sure he's caught the attention of a few folks.

However , my plans are ruined as he had already eaten. At that moment , out of anger and disappointment , I push away from the wall and begin walking. My strides are strong , powerful as if I am on a mission. I find myself walking towards the food court ; my tummy grumbling as the variety of food smells fill my nostrils. Before taking another step , my phone rings again. Ping! Irritatedly , I pull my phone out of my back pocket and unlock it. Him : I need money for my uber , go wait by entrance 5 and keep the money ready.

I say in contemplation, a second before it finally hits me, making me blush furiously. “Oh.”
