Vying For The Alpha's Heart

Vying For The Alpha's Heart

Not with the threat of dethronement hanging over his head like a guillotine blade. He knocked. "Enter," Miya’s voice floated through the wood. Oreon pushed the door open. The room had been transformed. The furniture were now floor cushions of white velvet. Hundreds of candles flickered on every surface, filling the room with a golden, hazy light. The air was thick with the smoke of jasmine and heavy musk, a scent that was less "temple" and more "boudoir." Miya stood in the center of the room. Oreon’s steps reduced.

The Roommate

The Roommate

"Enjoy your visit!" Jackson snickered. "Thank you." Turning away, he saluted her with two fingers before stalking off to the staircase in favor of the elevator. The place was just as he remembered it, back from when he applied. The same decaying brown furniture, the weird rustic smell. And as he turned the corner up the winding staircase, he discovered the fluorescent lights still bugged his eyes. The walls even had the same coat of chipped, barely white paint. It was ugly as hell. Nothing like the room they had for the party, it amazed him really that they refused to improve anything with the budget they had.

This book is so captivating ! It truly captures the realism of emotional/psychological abuse, complications of the heart, friendship, and how everyone has their side to a story/not everything being as it seems! I enjoyed the twists and turns that it took me on!

Wow! This was really an amazing book. It's definitely a page turner. It was also unique compared to so many love stories out there. The topics of narcism & gaslighting are important along with mental health. This book could be so much better with proper editing and proofreading. Vocabulary was good.

Chosen By Four Alphas

Chosen By Four Alphas

I muttered, glancing this way and that down the hallway of the royal elden rooms. The tall off-orange architecture of the walls reminded me of Zeus’ temple, with its gold-rimmed wa panes and bright lighting. How much longer until the party was over? Sweat made the thick blond rattail mohawk of my hair stick irritatingly to the back of my neck. Fifty and a half rooms were searched and there still wasn't shit to find besides large pink dildos and suspicious-looking dolls with excessively wide vaginas. My eyes passed over the tall bronze wood of the locked doors before it rested on the gold name plate of one door in particular.

The Rogue Deity: Until Death Do Us Part

The Rogue Deity: Until Death Do Us Part

As Orion closed the door and turned to face the massive room, he was struck by its sheer size and rich extravagant interior. A large fireplace dominated one side of the room, with a comfortable chair nearby, while numerous bookshelves lined the walls close by for convenience. The interior was adorned with rich plum mahogany wood. Long, arched windows at the far end of the room allowed the moonlight to flood in, illuminating the space with enough light for Orion to navigate at ease. It was clear to Orion that this was Bellinor's den, a place where he spent most of his time, even more so than in his bedroom.

A Writer's Contract: Twisted Inspiration

A Writer's Contract: Twisted Inspiration

Iori muttered "Yusuke and Kimiko relly need a raise..." Jun said leaning forward his breath waffling the hair at her temple and sending a shiver through Iori's body. She didn't want to stop and contemplate whether that shiver was the good or the bad kind so she moved along to the next room which was Jun's. The room what unexpectedly clear, the bed and the carpet are the only back things in the room, the other furniture raging between silver and dark grey made the room ook masculine but not as dark as it could have been.

Once Upon An Alpha

Once Upon An Alpha

Orion, please get out of my head! I stepped through the door with Alastor quickly on my heels. Before me, there was a large room with piles of tumbling mats. The ceiling was elevated, exposing the second floor with only glass and metal railing separating the second floor from the open space. The second floor was over a wall of glass doors, and windows split exercise equipment in another room. The whole building had a modern warehouse vibe that was definitely built recently. It didn’t seem like Orion’s style.

This story is so good!! The author seems to put time and effort behind their characters!! And while peoples choices can be frustrating, baby beta looking at you, they all make sense with how the story is progressing and what’s happened! Couldn’t recommend this book enough!

I love this book. The author has created a wonderful world with well thought characters that I actually care about. The characters aren't perfect, they each have their own flaws and personalities. Each of them have grown in their own ways.

Lady Brume just nods to Orenda and it seems they understand each other. Orenda take me to her room and Mia was beside me, still quiet and just looking at me. Orenda’s room was not that big. It has just a long sofa and on the other corner is her bed with a white lace hanging on it. It looks too comfortable, and its so inviting to lie down and take a sleep. Other than that, there is no special on her room aside from the dozens of bottle display on the left corner of this room. I wonder what they are? Are they the magic spell just like my Aunt Salina made?

The Mafia’s Temporary Bride

The Mafia’s Temporary Bride

“He like big things.” Camilla laughed. “It’s huge.” Looking around the room, she said, “Yes, it’s big.” “And empty,” Doris muttered. On another look, the room was sparse. A foot couch sat at the end of the bed, with no lotions or perfume on the vanity table. The walls were empty. No picture portraits. It was like entering a hotel. It looked barely lived in. Camilla noticed Imani was gone. “The colour I hate,” Doris added.

The Timekeeper Dynasty Series- The Wolf Princess

The Timekeeper Dynasty Series- The Wolf Princess

He told me that he had taken them off the shelves when more and more of our people began turning freak. As we came upon his chamber door I realized I had never stepped foot inside his chambers before, and the butterflies in my stomach began swirling around in swarms. He opened the door and I was shocked at the exquisitely detailed room that lay before me. It was decorated in hues of orange and red, reminding me of a gorgeous sunset after a storm. Unlike my own quarters, his was a loft style room with an iron spiral staircase that sat just to the right inside the door. He led me up that staircase to a loft office with a library.

Read this book, and tell your friends too! Uplifting story about change and growth. Very well written with such an original world and story. I’m trying to not type any spoilers, but for book 2 I’d be ecstatic to read any of the other timekeepers’ storylines. Beautiful work author KP, beautiful <3

Onerea: The City of Dreams

Onerea: The City of Dreams

The girl was mumbling all the way upstairs, and he didn't know if she was cursing him, thanking him, or entirely talking to someone else. He could just lightly smile, and the gentleman who guided them, seeing that, widely smiled as well, knowing that he was right. At the end of the stairs was a hall with a few doors on both sides. There were six to eight rooms. The tall and slightly rounded Onerean new friend walked to the end of the hall and opened the door on his right. "Please," He said, extending his arm to allow Domi to take her inside the medium size room. The whole building was made of wood. It was homie, warm, and welcoming.

Everything is so vivid and real. The story progression is very smooth and easy. I feel this is probably one of the most relaxing but interesting reads I have had so far on Good Novels! Great job author! :)

I like how the descriptions really make you see the characters, where they are, and what they're going through. And the pacing is just great. Now I'm curious as to what lies beyond the mirror for Belle... :3
