Amora was standing at the very top of a massive, sweeping marble staircase, clutching her stomach protectively. Standing right across from her was a beautiful woman with cruel, narrow eyes and a dark, twisted aura that looked like a nest of black snakes. The mean woman hissed something horrible, her face distorting with pure malice. Suddenly, her hands lunged out brutally. She shoved Amora with all her might. Heidi watched in absolute horror as her mother tumbled backward, falling helplessly down the hard marble steps, her body hitting the floor with a sickening thud. Dark blood began to pool rapidly on the pristine white marble at the bottom of the stairs.

Everything looks old, like it has been standing here for centuries long before I was ever born.
