Holly's POV Punch. Blood. Another punch. More blood. I fidgeted nervously, trying to subdue the imminent urge to throw up. The sight of blood was playing around with the food I had eaten earlier and yet I kept on looking just like the rest of the students and outsiders, my face scrunched up in disgust. This was definitely nothing close to fun. This was just another harsh way of inducing nightmares.

Despite the light emanating from the Pentacle, the air was icy cold. Then the ground seemed to crack wider open like a glass and pouring through the shards came a horde of dark shapes, humanoid but twisted, gnarled and faceless, howling out a soundless scream that punctured the ears of the witch. It did not seem to affect Aosoth though. She cackled and her beetle-like eyes grew bright with a manic light as she raised her hands higher and the demons poured forth. Icy wind burned the witch as more humanoid demons came through the band of light within the Pentacle. The air stank of sulphur and ashes.

The thought scared me. "She is back", a foreign voice said. The voice sounded so far away like the person was not standing next to me. I touched the band shielding my eyes again and the door opened. "Toku", Mom said, her voice raspy. She must have been crying. "Toku, you are fine in Jesus name". "Amen", I said on impulse. There was a pause and then silence. I couldn't hear anything anymore or nobody was making any noise. "She had died". "Her heart completely stopped". Mom's sobbing filled the room. They kept talking but their voices started to faded into the distance as I slipped into sleep.

KAYLEEN These things can’t be real. The doctor is gone but I’m not taking them. The man fell to the ground, screaming in pain while Ares just rolled his eyes and threw the eyeball on the ground and stomped on it because squatting in front of the man. He grabbed the man by the hair and lifted his head up so they were eye leveled. “I told you I don’t do second chances but you are someone I’ve known for so long so I don’t want to kill you off just like that but if you don’t find a way to get me rid of this demon the next time we meet, I won’t just be taking away your other eye but also your life. Got that?” He pushed the man to the ground as he stood up then turned to Cornelius with a groan.
