Oliver frowned. His chest tightened again. He hesitated for a second. Then opened his email app. One new message. No sender name. Just an attachment. Oliver’s pulse picked up. He stared at it. Didn’t open it immediately. Another message came through. Go on. Oliver swallowed. His thumb hovered over the attachment. Then he tapped it. The image loaded slowly. And the moment it appeared— Oliver froze. It was a photo. Old. Grainy. Taken from a distance.

Heath's POV I was preparing some food for a late dinner when I heard a notification from my laptop. I opened it; it's from Claire and it has an attachment. I wonder what it is so he downloaded it. When the attachment has fully downloaded. I tried to open it, but I was unable to open it; I tried to open it from the options. I equipped my laptop with all the possible applications that I might need. I have tried many formats. Then finally, the last one is now reading the file.

"I didn't know what kind of program had been used. If opening the files ruined everything, then all those weeks of hiding would have meant nothing." Robert gave a slow nod. "So you simply waited." Callahan smiled faintly. "Yes. Only a fool ignores instructions when the stakes are that high." "Did you try opening them after sending them to me?" "I did." Callahan finally lifted the coffee to his lips and took a small sip. "Funny enough, they opened without any problem. I stayed away from them for weeks only to discover I could now view them as many times as I wanted." Robert couldn't help smiling. He shook his head slowly.
