Augustine, however, looked unfazed and quite serious.
“If I weren’t charming, I wouldn’t have the famous goddess amongst men, be my wife,” he stated with a matter-of-fact tone in his voice.
“HA-HA!” Allana was amused.
Augustine was much more outgoing than before, he used to be a cold-face block man, but with Allana, he was nothing but a soft husband.
“It’s the truth,” Augustine said.
Once Allana returned to Augustine's side, other females withdrew their gazes. Augustine already had a girlfriend or a wife, they don’t know, but having a woman by his side means he is unavailable. With that, it was inappropriate for them to keep staring at him.
