Dylan answered as I took the second letter and ripped it open without warning, my eyes scanning the words. “The letter says the blank page of the Book of the Undead will be revealed tonight and they’d want our Zeta to be present... to pass the information,” Roger started. “The Luna of Moonstone also wants to know about her daughter.” My heart froze when I completed the second one. I tore it into instant pieces and stormed out of the room, my aides on my tail, as I tried to process my thoughts. I didn’t know how I would handle what was coming but one thing’s for sure, I was raised for this and when it comes to my mate or my pack, I'd have to make a choice.

I ask. “Exactly,” Coral says with a small nod. “Now there have been whispers – according to my dad – of another eclipse happening soon. No one knows exactly when, but he says the Lunar Council is on the lookout. Kol also mentioned that the seals holding what’s beneath the academy are starting to weaken.” “How does that have any direct connection to me, why Victor has been silent?” I ask confused.

Chad dropped the Taser he intended to use on me. “Chad? Marcy? Mom?” Luckily, I felt a pulse from their wrists. But when I checked my Mom’s breathing, I noticed a strange envelope addressed to me in her coat. Was she hiding it from me? I tore the envelope open and read it. Dear Madelyn North, This letter will appear blank to regular humans. Only individuals such as you can read this letter. We here at Zen Academy have become aware of your rare talents and wish to invite you to enroll in our curriculum to help you master your full potential.

Zyra exhaled slowly, her hands trembling slightly from the intensity of the spell. Marcus watched as Zyra placed her hands over the parchment, closing her eyes once more. He felt a shift in the atmosphere, a darkening as she summoned her powers. Her tribid nature—witch, lycan, and vampire—coalesced within her, making the air around her thrum with energy.

Cryptic symbols adorned ancient manuscripts, unveiling the malevolent plans that had entwined their lives. Luna's sharp eyes scanned the detailed plan, her mind working swiftly to decipher the sinister group's grand design. Alpha Zephyr, his usual stoic demeanor momentarily giving way to a mix of urgency and anticipation, traced the symbols with a sense of personal investment, seeking any clue that would lead them to his captive family. "It's all here," Luna murmured, her voice resonating through the cavernous chamber. "The threats to Nampa, the sinister group's maneuvers, and most importantly, the location of your family, Alpha Zephyr."

The door closed behind me, and I strode down the stairs, not too long I finally came in contact with a bright golden light. I stood there with a small firm smile on my face, it's been a long time since I came to this room. "Aetherion Medallion," I announced and stretched my hands upward, and in a few seconds a book flew toward my hands. In front of the book was a diagram like that of a medallion drawn on it. I stared closer at the diagram, and my eyes widened. "This diagram is the same as the necklace Hazel is putting on." "Hazel can't be related to the Silver Creed Pack could she?"

Clearing his throat, Zac continues, “I will spare you the gruesome details, as I promise they do not need repeating, but during a yearly visit from the Great Council, Isla was found…er…incapacitated and taken in for medical treatment immediately under the Council's care. The findings that came from the Council's visit that day led to Alec Miller's arrest. He was charged rightfully so with multiple accounts of assault and attempted murder of an un-shifted, underage she-wolf.” My eyes are locked on the ticking hands of the clock hanging in the back of the room. I can’t make eye contact with anyone or I might just break, but I refuse to not hold my head up. Gasps are scattering around me again,

The eclipse shone bright, we could slowly see the moon becoming redder by the minute. Zander stared into my eyes as he spoke. "I, Zander Damon Knight, Alpha of Wolf's Pond pack, take you, Hazel Fiona Valentine, to be my mate and my Luna. I promise to love, honour and cherish you always and forever." Zander's voice rang through the sea of wolves. It was husky and sexy.

I queried. "I want you to welcome this pack, Rise of the Dawn Pack. The Alpha and whole pack haven't been here yet, but will be coming in within the day after tomorrow." He says aimlessly, "Don't disappoint me, Alpha Reddox ordered me to do this. As principal of this academy, you'll have to do as I say."

"That doesn't matter; you are fucking mine. I have given so much for the title of Alpha, and you’re not going to ruin this for me, Isadora. I’ll kill Orion, make sure Finn never gets to become my beta, and I will banish your parents." I sat up in bed, still in shock. Jordan wasn’t my mate. It explained why I never felt any sparks. Does that mean Orion is my mate? But what about the prophecy? "Say something, Isadora. Say you understand. You will stand on that stage and take my mark, or I’ll make your life a living hell." I scoffed, "and being your luna won’t be hell?" Jordan stalked towards me, "do you really think you have a choice? Nobody is coming to help you. Everyone wants me to be the A
