I came here to hide from Marcus and start over. Instead I walked into a house with three wolves who already decided I belonged to them.

Darkness answered. My shimmering essence spread outward like a storm. Dozens of mutants froze. Bound. Restricted. Crushed. But there were too many. Far too many. Elias raised his hand. The shadows obeyed. The world darkened. The attack became overwhelming. Monsters came from every direction. Massive creatures. Twisted creatures. Dead creatures. She went down into the basement, where she found some of her old bracelets and a spell which which she found in her mother’s spell book, which her mother handed over to her before she died. She took out the bracelets from the drawer and placed all three of them on the table, she found a spell in the spell boock which she would enchant the bracelets that whenever either of them had their bracelets on, the witch wouldn’t be able to get into their heads.

To put it nicely. In my hands was a thick book that Chelsa had sent me from France, miraculously it was English, and the contents inside were a history over folklore and monsters which humans believe to be made up although they were just extinct in the supernatural world. I hoped to find something similar to the Northern Whispers or something that could potentially take them down - honestly, I think I’m just hoping for answers that don’t exist or may-
