My Mafia Husband Regretted After I Faked My Death

My Mafia Husband Regretted After I Faked My Death

As I returned to the manor to pack my luggage, the door to the study was pushed open. Gina walked in, holding a black ledger bound in lambskin. That was the core secret of the Corleone family—the "Black Book" recording every money laundering channel and every bribed official. "Leaving so soon, Elena?" Gina smiled with a look of pure innocence, yet her hands moved quickly to shove that heavy ledger deep into the luggage I had just packed.

Keeping The Mafia Princess

Keeping The Mafia Princess

Mafia turf wars spark deadly melee in the streets of New York. Federal agents investigate González family for extortion. I yanked the pillow closer to my chest, trying to figure out if this was some ridiculous joke. I knew about organized crime. Who the hell didn't? I just never thought anyone living that kind of sordid life would ever enter mine. I was close to hyperventilating, another volley of shame rushing into my system. Calming my nerves, I read as much as I could find.

I left Aaron for the meantime on the part where the fountain pens are to go to the novel section. Since I saw Sophie Lark's Brutal Prince on TikTok's recommendation, people who have read this say that it has a strong female lead. I enjoy books of that genre, therefore I may be interested in reading it. I looked at the shelves. I also picked up a book and read the synopsis on the back when Aaron came to me here. "You like reading books?" he asked. I turned my eyes on him, "Uh, sometimes. If I'm interested in the plot," I answered.

Mafia Men: Nikolai's Inferno

Mafia Men: Nikolai's Inferno

I glared at him and turned to run up the stairs. I got to my room, slammed the door shut, and locked it. I picked up the laptop from the study table and searched for the word that was bothering me the most. “Mafia” Hesitantly, I clicked on the first search result that pulled up and started to read everything about it. Mafia is an informal term that is used to describe a criminal organization that bears a strong similarity to the Sicilian Mafia... Mafias often engage in secondary activities such as gambling, loan sharking, drug trafficking, prostitution, and fraud...

Kiss Me, Bravta King

Kiss Me, Bravta King

he started once we all had seats and drinks, "but now the Cartel is starting to edge in on our territory and meddle in our affairs." Desmier smirked. "Starting to edge in?" he retorted. I shook my head. "The Ortez Cartel has always been there in the background, wanting what's not theirs." Many crime organizations fought for the top spot in New York. The Italian Mafia. Other rival Bratva families, like the Aslanovs. The Cartel. Even MC gangs tried to slip in and have a piece of the power.

The Mafia's Hidden Obsession

The Mafia's Hidden Obsession

“No. I only help people who need to escape a certain point of their life. Zaverio and I work in the same line, drugs and guns. The only difference is I run on a larger scale.” “Zaverio kept telling me something about my legacy and you, but refused to go into detail. Now, I know I was born into crime so I am not shocked I followed the trend subconsciously.” “I don’t know if you would have thrived in our business; you’re too soft.” I rushed to amend in case she took offense. “Not in a bad way, but a lot of us have lost what makes us human.” “You do what you have to survive, the world isn’t black and white anymore” Alma’s shoulder’s rose and fell. “I used to be so worried for my daughter, the l

Beyond the Omerta

Beyond the Omerta

The cocaine's numbing effects had worn off, allowing the sting of pain and humiliation to resurface. He rose from the sofa and walked over to his study table, where an old, worn book lay waiting. As he opened its yellowed pages, a flood of memories came over him. The book was a relic from his early days, when he was still learning the intricacies of his family's mafia involvement. Antonio flipped the pages, taking in the familiar scribbles and notes he had jotted down years ago. The words "Cosa Nostra" stood out, as it reminded him of his family's roots in the Sicilian mafia.

OF LUST AND LOVE (Book Two Of Mafia Series)

Dominic Vasiliy The Mafia King Too fucking early in the morning, he had left his woman in their disheveled bed, sated, and sleeping soundly. Only for this! He growled. Some of the underground bosses had written a petition. A fucking petition. What are they, college jocks? Reading the letters, his mood got darker. The fools want him to take El Patrón and Lucifer to task for breaking omerta and integrating a certain club into their fold.

I don’t like the new cover… as the female character is portrayed as an innocent looking blonde. Unicorn status. Coupled with the bad boy Mexican mafia leader. I didn’t like the other one either.. the girl looked trashy

When the author was gone for so long, I would imagine my own continuation to the story. I can say that there’s a reason I am not a writer LMAO I couldn’t have made the story better than what the author delivered. Not even close! That was one hell of a ride from where the author picked up. SOO GOOD!!
