The Mafia Professor’s Cruel Obsession

The Mafia Professor’s Cruel Obsession

Rosa stayed quiet, watching her. Aria continued, ““Last year, I saw a news about a r*pist. He was found dead. The police suspected that he was killed brutally by a mafia group. And the worst part? The body was so horrifying, I couldn’t sleep for like three or four days. I don’t even want to remember it. Their world is bloody. Dangerous!” “Mafia?” Rosa whispered. Aria nodded. “Yeah. They’re the scariest. My dad told me never cross paths with one. They can kill people for no reason.”

The Alpha’s Rogue Mate

I glared at him and turned to run up the stairs. I got to my room, slammed the door shut, and locked it. I picked up the laptop from the study table and searched for the word that was bothering me the most. "Mafia" Hesitantly, I clicked on the first search result that pulled up and started to read everything about it. Mafia is an informal term that is used to describe a criminal organization that bears a strong similarity to the Sicilian Mafia... Mafias often engage in secondary activities such as gambling, loan sharking, drug trafficking, prostitution, and fraud...

The Mafia's Obsession

The Mafia's Obsession

He was charming in a lethal wayb and every word he said made it harder to maintain the armor I’d built. The dinner went for hours. His associates exchanged stories about drug shipments and bodies dumped in canals like they were trading stock tips. I sipped water and listened. Every detail was ammunition. Every smile from Nikolai was a taunt. He had no idea I was the pin under the elephant's foot. Eventually the night advanced and everyone was starting to leave until I was left alone with him. He leaned back and stretched as if he hadn’t just spent hours surrounded by monsters. I tried to imagine the kind of man he would have been if he hadn't become a criminal but I came out blank. A crimina

he replies, but I can’t bring myself to believe him. “Any other questions?” he asks, and I shake my head, not trusting my voice to speak. “Okay. If there isn’t, I’ll tell you a story,” he continues. “My family, like yours, is in the mafia. Six years ago, we were after a business deal, but someone else wanted it too. To make sure we got it, they held someone for a while. But the first man… he took it too far and killed the man who had been holding his important person.

Thank you to everyone who has read it. I'm glad so many of you have enjoyed the story. Book two in the Mafia series begins after this point. Sick For Them It is a dark mafia romance. It is not the typical BXG and is MMMF romance. This story is one in which she is kidnapped, and the mafia saves her, and falls in love with her.

Absolutely loving this book. Not sure how I came across it, but found it and read first 15 chapters in an hour, without being able to put it down. It literally makes me LOL! Love the crazy dynamic between Demitri and Demi! Will update my post when I finish it. Hopefully end is as good as the start.

loving both books. but in the second book, the chapter Her Weirdness and A Suprise are the same and there's a chapter missing. I'm guessing A Suprise is the chapter that's a duplicate and the proper chapter is the missing one as you miss what keeley tells her. can this be made right please

Beyond the Omerta

Beyond the Omerta

* * * * * * * * * * PD Luciana wandered through the villa's garden, the scent of blooming flowers and freshly cut grass filling her lungs. But her mind wasn't on the serene surroundings. Alessandro's words echoed in her thoughts; "Antonio's family is Mafia... they're ruthless. They'll stop at nothing to get what they want." She shivered, despite the warmth of the sun on her skin. The Mafia's reputation was notorious - brutal killings, extortion, and corruption. They operated in the shadows, and their influence reached the highest echelons of power.

Claiming Mr. Mafia [ Book 2 ]

Sherly listened attentively as the reporter's voice filled the vehicle, detailing the recent events in the ongoing mafia conflict. "The latest reports indicate that the long-standing rivalry between the Vile Mafia and the Rui Lin Mafia has reached a violent climax," the reporter announced gravely. Sherly looked out of the window, as she already knew its content. "In a decisive battle earlier today, the Rui Lin Mafia emerged victorious, effectively dismantling the Vile Mafia's hold on the city."

Chasing Anna

Chasing Anna

I retort back. "Anyways, as I can see, you're taking the truth very optimistically, I don't find a reason to hide it from you anymore. Anna, these Red Skulls and Rivas or Cosa Nostra, they all are mafia gangs who runs the illegal trade including all the dirty work for example- robbery, drug smuggling, human trafficking, assassinations and of coarse abduction for heavy ransom." He explains me and to say, my ears go deaf and brain stops functioning, it would be an understatement. I blink my eyes quite a few times to make myself believe in what I just heard.

Frequently Asked Questions

Growing up in Brooklyn, I used to hear whispers about the 'old neighborhood guys' who carried themselves differently—sharp suits, quiet authority, and a code of silence thicker than the espresso at Carmine’s café. My uncle would tell fragmented stories about the Gambino family’s grip on local businesses in the ’80s, how they’d 'resolve disputes' without cops ever getting involved. One tale stuck with me: a baker who refused to pay protection money found his shop mysteriously flooded overnight, but the next day, two men in overcoats 'helped' him rebuild. The duality of menace and twisted generosity fascinates me—how these figures blurred the line between community protectors and predators.

What’s wild is how pop culture romanticizes this. 'The Sopranos' nailed the mundane side—therapy sessions between hits, suburban angst—but real-life accounts like Joe Pistone’s 'Donnie Brasco' undercover work reveal the paranoia. One wrong word could mean a basement execution. Nowadays, the mob’s evolved: less street violence, more cybercrime and white-collar schemes. Still, the allure of that secret society lingers, even as it fades into true-crime documentaries.
