Spell Bound

Spell Bound

"Just get it over and done with." Squeezing her eyes shut, she turned her head away and offered her upturned palm. The cut was more painful than she'd expected. She sucked in a sharp breath as the pain flashed up her arm, determined not to cry out as Kiaan had just been teased for doing. "What now?" she asked, watching Damien swirl his pewter goblet. It was decorated with skulls, dragons, and symbols, and like most of the items in his room, looked like he'd bought it from some cheap eBay goth shop.

I was quite surprised by this book. I tried reading it before but lost interest in it. I picked it back up yesterday and just finished it. I have to say, I'm quite impressed. I have read all but one of your books and you are a great writer. Thank you.
Nicci
This is the fourth book I've read by you, in as many days. This one is different from the others. I like it and look forward to Damien coming out. I'm going to be sad tomorrow when I, hopefully, finish the other two books you have on this app.

However, looking at the earnest expression of a kind-hearted man of God, he hastily drew a general map to tell Zen the safest path. “The labyrinth is very dark,” he informed Zen. “You could use magic to light the place, but many other monsters would be drawn to the light even if you follow this path. This is where the labyrinth watcher resides within the labyrinth. If you visit him first and ask for the special lamp he uses, the monsters will not be lured to your group.” Eyes bulging in disbelief at how easily Zen had gotten a map and new useful information they did not know previously, she gaped.

Princess of the Pack, Finding Her Mate

Princess of the Pack, Finding Her Mate

I shouted, beckoning for the others to follow me into the darkness. With one last glance at the figure looming over us, we plunged into the depths of the labyrinth, knowing that our survival depended on our ability to navigate its treacherous twists and turns. As we ventured deeper into the labyrinth, the narrow passage twisted and turned, leading us into the heart of darkness. Each step echoed ominously in the eerie silence, and a sense of foreboding settled over us like a suffocating fog. Suddenly, the passage widened into a vast chamber bathed in an ethereal glow. Strange symbols adorned the walls, pulsating with an otherworldly energy that sent shivers down my spine.

BETROTHED TO THE ALPHA MAFIA KING

BETROTHED TO THE ALPHA MAFIA KING

"The Labyrinth is a realm where reality intertwines with perception. To navigate its corridors, one must confront their own essence." He bestowed upon us a crystalline pendant. "This Lumina Stone will illuminate your path, but beware—the Labyrinth reveals as much as it conceals." --- Damian's Perspective Armed with the Lumina Stone, Elara and I ventured into the Labyrinth of Echoes. The entrance shimmered with an ethereal glow, and as we crossed the threshold, the world around us shifted. The Labyrinth's passages were ever-changing, reflecting fragments of our memories, desires, and fears. At times, we were separated, each confronting personal visions that tested our resolve.

CHAINS OF ETERNITY

CHAINS OF ETERNITY

“The draft, you mean?” “No,” Kael said, eyes narrowing. “It wasn’t air.” Liora shivered. “Don’t start this again. It’s just your nerves.” But even as she spoke, her own breath trembled. The floor beneath her boots gave a tiny, almost imperceptible ripple, like walking across the skin of a drum. They pressed on. The deeper they went, the more the labyrinth seemed to turn in on itself. Arched passages twisted into perfect circles. They passed the same statue three times — a hooded woman holding a mirror, her face half-broken, the same fracture tracing her cheek no matter the angle.

Vows of convenience Hearts in Collision

Vows of convenience Hearts in Collision

Mechanical limbs fused with organic precision, red sensors scanning, tracking, calculating our every move. My pulse spiked. “It’s back!” Caelum tightened his grip on my hand. “We face it. Now.” The labyrinth roared around us, alive and hungry. The air around us shimmered with tension, thick and electric. Sparks from damaged panels crackled like fireflies in the darkness, casting jagged shadows across the walls. My heart raced, matching the rapid rhythm of the labyrinth’s pulse. Below us, the new adversary moved with terrifying precision its limbs a seamless blend of metal and muscle, sensors scanning every angle, calculating every escape route.

Revenge in the House of Wealth

The labyrinth was alive, and now it demanded the final act. “This is it,” V whispered, eyes scanning the shifting shadows. “Whatever happens next, we have to trust each other completely.” Anna nodded, swallowing hard. “We have no other choice.” Her gaze swept the chamber, noting the symbols etched into the floor, the mirrors warping the reflections, and the hidden alcoves where danger might lurk. The figure stepped closer, voice cold but calm. “The labyrinth shows the truth. Choose wisely. One path leads to revelation, the other… to oblivion.”

THE LABYRINTH

THE LABYRINTH

The Labyrinth Entry The entrance gaped like a beast’s throat—twenty metres wide, as tall, a stone arch flayed by floodlights so that deep carvings cast jagged shadows. Labrys marks—double axes—glimmered where water ran down grooves older than empires. Cables snaked along the ground, feeding rows of lamps that pushed the dark only so far. The air tasted of oil, hot metal, and men who worked too long. Stephanos slipped inside, keeping low, a mouse that knew the hawks by name.

MEZZALUNA

MEZZALUNA

At least these two smells could help hide Loui and Malia's scent from the Skarsgards. "Is it safe here, Lou?" Malia asked curiously. Loui nodded. "Looks like this cabin was once inhabited by witches. I smell the strong scent of garlic, silver powder, and the scents used to make potions." explained Loui at length. Malia nodded slowly. She looked down, then squeezed her fingers, as usual. "Loui?" call Malia as if to say something. "Yes, Malia?" Loui noticed Malia's fingers were squeezing together with nervousness and fear.

And yet, it was the only weapon I had, the only leverage I could wield against her. “Step carefully,” she whispered, “because the labyrinth only rewards the cunning… and punishes the reckless.” I swallowed hard and moved, leading the group down a narrow passage that split into three directions. Each corridor was lit with flickering flames, the heat radiating off the walls, forcing us to move quickly but carefully. “Which way?” I asked, voice low. Elliot studied the passages, eyes narrowed. “Left seems safest. Minimal fire, fewer sensors. But it’s a gamble. She’s designed this like a puzzle every wrong turn triggers consequences.”
