Love In The Game

Love In The Game

"Alright ... alright!" said one of the women. "Hey!" protested the other two women. "I can just step on this eyeball right now and you won't have any," said Leon. "Not! Do not do it!" exclaimed the three women together. "Then tell me where Hesperides is!" "Okay… Okay! Hesperides is in the orchid of Hera, the goddess of marriage and birth. Wife of The Great Zeus," answered one of the women. “We already know that! Where is it located? Say it clearly!" exclaimed Leon while stomping his foot.

He opened it and began yo read the contents in it. In this guise she is most often referred to as Kore, signifying both 'daughter' and 'maiden'. In Greek mythology, the wife of Hades(the demon king), is the Queen of the Underworld and takes her other name, Persephone. In this guise, she was seen as a protectress in the after-life, although Hesiod repeatedly describes her as 'dread Persephone' in his Theogony. In the Roman world the goddess was known as Proserpina.

Professor Damaris also said that every Summoner has a spirit animal who can protect and guide them. The Healing Caste is the sixth caste in the Olympus wherein people like Dr. Foster have the ability to heal and revive someone from death. If not so, others from this caste can create different kinds of potions—good potions to be exact. Professor Damaris didn’t elaborate on it because she said that I’m able to know it soon.

I smirked as the guards at House Zeus rushed to get to their lord’s study before me. “Lord Zeus, Lord Ares has come to see you." the guard quickly announced as I rolled my eyes and walked in. Diokles looked up from his desk, where he was reviewing some papers. On the floor playing with some blocks was his two-year-old daughter Maureen, apparently named after The Zeus’ first mortal wife, the one whom Diokles descends. “Afternoon, little brother." he smiled, waving away his guard. “They are getting faster," I commented, taking a seat.

A very good read but the ending was suddenly abrupt. After not having an update for longer than normal, I came to check the comments to see if others were clamoring for updates only to see that the story status now said completed. That said, I hope to see other stories set in this world.

Princess of Faerl

Princess of Faerl

I never knew when I would be removed from this place. “Do you know anything about ancient Greece or their Gods?” Endymion posed the question as if he expected me to know. Maybe the other Lunar Guardians had known, but I wasn’t really interested in religion growing up, so that was a big fat no from me. My blank expression gave him the answer he needed. “Oh child, so much to learn and very little time. Chaos was the first being, known as the universe. He created Gaia, and in turn, Gaia created Uranus. The two of them gave birth to the Titans while Uranus had a child born of the sea, or some say just from his own genitals, named Aphrodite.” He took a bit to pause as he saw I was mentally trying

Her knees dropped, and she leaned forward. “Yeah. According to my mom, the place you visit Selene is called the ethereal realm. In the ethereal realm, there is a wind nymph called an Aurae. They are really mischievous but love Selene dearly. Occasionally the Aurae will pick a soul for Selene, always a female. The soul the Aurae pick will get to have a special relationship with the Goddess. Hundreds of years ago, the wolves were called Oracles, but now Selene calls them her blessed wolves. That was what my mom told us, at least.

This story is so good!! The author seems to put time and effort behind their characters!! And while peoples choices can be frustrating, baby beta looking at you, they all make sense with how the story is progressing and what’s happened! Couldn’t recommend this book enough!

I love this book. The author has created a wonderful world with well thought characters that I actually care about. The characters aren't perfect, they each have their own flaws and personalities. Each of them have grown in their own ways.

Yet, she remained resolute, driven by an unyielding determination to expose the truth and bring those responsible to justice. In her pursuit, Eurydice uncovered an ancient prophecy hidden within the archives of Athenian lore. The prophecy spoke of a healer from Thrace, an outsider with the power to unveil the shadows that gripped the city. The prophecy hinted at a reckoning, a moment when the outsider would bring balance to the scales of justice. Embracing the role cast upon her by fate, Eurydice sought to unveil the prophecy to the Athenian populace. However, the cabals, fearing the revelation, employed their influence to suppress the dissemination of this ancient foretelling.

Cupid and Psyche |Lesbian Version|

Cupid and Psyche |Lesbian Version|

With her, he fathered the Corybantes, or crested dancers, lithe young men who shaved their hair to a forelock and danced at the great rituals. Then, roaming the hillsides, he came across a young girl who reminded him of his sister. She was a huntress. She chased deer on foot, hunted bears and wolves. When he saw her wrestling a full-grown lion, and throwing it to earth, the god decided he must have her. Her name was Cyrene. The son he gave her was named Aristeus, who taught man beekeeping, olive culture, cheese-making, and many other useful arts.
