The Making of a King

The Making of a King

I snarl and Gwen's head falls in a submissive bow. Chloe rushes into the small hole and Gwen drops the door back down just as a boom much closer to us goes off. The lights above our head flickers and I look back out the window. The slight hill the building is on is giving us a good view of the mayhem erupting outside. Faint screams and running people are clearly visible now. The tall buildings Outcast is known for are no more. Their crumbled ruins are all that is left. Althea- We should shift. You can link Atticus in wolf form.

The was a very enjoyable read. The story didn’t drag, didn’t go off in a thousand directions, didn’t try to introduce a million characters to drag the book out (like my 1st book on this app that’s still ongoing). This story makes me want to read all her stories. I highly recommend this book & author

Alpha Ciandra, The Vengeful Outcast

Alpha Ciandra, The Vengeful Outcast

Alpha Alphonso’s voice carried a promise Alpha Ciandra knew even the ancestors won’t help. This gave her the push to escape. She lied, “leave it to me, Alpha Alphonso.” “He is a dick,” Lameck said when he left. “A dick I would love to escape from.” She replied disdain filled in her eyes. “You are in.” Asked Lameck enthusiastically. “I am in.” Alpha Ciandra smiled triumphantly. **PRESENT** Lameck pulled on the chain in his hands. The screams from outside had woken him. They were supposed to leave the following day but things have taken a turn. He released an angry howl. Not caring he was giving away his position.

Garrett said. The three of us try to shuffle out of the cramped space and then we disembark. After getting our luggage we find the other guys. Brent is holding a stupid sign that says, “welcome home my gay love.” Seriously bro. We walk up to them and I punch Brent in the gut. “Ow! What was that for honey?” “Cut the crap, Brent. I’m too irritated for this.” I tell him. “Seriously bro, you need to get over your disdain for flying. It’s way quicker than driving.” Colten tells me. I glared at him and turned to Max.

The Outcast Luna’s Reckoning

The Outcast Luna’s Reckoning

Varick’s hand remained on my head for one last lingering second, a silent reassurance, before he straightened. The warmth in the room evaporated, replaced by the cold, sharp edge of a commander. "Speak, Kaelen," Varick commanded, his voice like grinding stone. "The scouts from the Eastern pass just sent word," the Beta said, stepping forward and spreading a crumpled map over the edge of the desk. "A large group of refugees has been spotted.” “They’re making their way directly toward our territory. Women, children, and a few wounded. They look like they’ve been traveling for weeks, Alpha. They’re crossing the Frost-Line as we speak."
