That part was interesting as it started with a warning that everyone in the book was considered an outcast and no longer a member of the hunters' clan. The explanation began on how the persons found within the enclosure of the book had broken laws essential to the clan or had, in some ways, stood against the clan, thereby declaring themselves enemies to the great course of duty. They would neither be associated with nor their offspring, as no one would have a seed of disloyalty in their midst.
