Sinclair POV I’ve returned to the old abandoned training camp. This place went out of business years ago. Here is where I would hide when I was bullied in school. It’s not far from the high school I went to, where Chad and Candy tormented me. No one ever found out about the building's secret entrance, so I would use it to study or hide. It still looked old and run down. The glass windows are still busted out, and the birds are still flocking around. Here is where I survived when all seemed lost. Here is where I found solace with the other outcast animals.

Xavier himself was a hulking overweight teenager with swarthy skin and dark greasy hair, no girl's idea of an attractive date. But that was no reason for him to have just been humiliated in front of everyone. And especially by a bunch of mouth-breathing jock twats who could hardly tie their own shoelaces.
