Misha’s POV Papa went to Manila, and Mama suddenly fell ill. She asked me to go to the farm today to oversee the harvesting of dragon fruits by our workers. There were a lot of pending orders, and they needed to be delivered tomorrow. Mama insisted that I go to the farm to supervise our staff’s work. Apparently, whenever she and Papa weren’t around during harvest time, profits would often be split unfairly. Some of the workers would take home a portion of the harvest to sell on their own, causing losses for Mama and Papa. Nowadays, even a single centavo matters to them, so they emphasized the importance of being vigilant at all times.

"Stinky Papa! Stinky Papa!" Chloe and Chris stood and watched with their adorable faces. They looked slightly frightened by Papa's soccer skills. "Ah! I don't want to play anymore!" Chloe immediately rushed to Mama's side and hugged her legs. "It's fine. It's fine…" Anne held Chloe's hand and walked toward Charlie, who was still bawling. "Charlie, does your head hurt? Let me have a look." "I don't want Papa anymore!" Charlie got on his feet and was very angry. "Papa is not my Papa anymore!"

Roman tweak my mama's hair and violently laid her on the sofa bed. "Stop! Fuck you, Roman! Don't touch my wife, you fucking beast!" Papa's said angrily, he was struggling to get off the handcuff and the chair while shouting and cursing Roman to stop but Roman did not listen, my eyes widen when I saw that Roman stripped off the clothes that were wrapped around my mama's body while papa could do nothing but cry in agony.

Papa’s shout distracted us. I looked to the side and saw Papa looking disapprovingly at us, his open laptop in his hands. A normal person would be embarrassed to have their father catch them making out, let alone making out with one man while another is behind you getting handsy. I, however, am not a normal person. I’m Zoe Petridis, and the Goddess saw fit not to give me a sense of shame or embarrassment. Instead, I focused on Papa’s laptop screen, where I caught a glimpse of my Mama.

Those two companies are partners. Their wealth. They are famous in other countries. All their products are scattered all over the country. Their children are lucky because they will become rich. They don't need to work anymore because they have a helper. Then their theme is eating and sleeping. Hey! Who is my Papa? What is Papa's name? Is it cool? Lando? Come on! The caller ID reads Papa with a crown emoji beside it. Oh my god! What am I gonna tell him, I’m damn sure he’s calling because of the news. "Ciao, papà [Hello, Papa]," I say, answering the phone. "Cosa vedo al telegiornale? [What am I seeing on the news?]" He immediately rants at me "Uhm... me ne sto occupando [Uhm… I’m handling it]" "Gestirlo con cosa? Rivelare che hai rubato un miliardo di dollari dalla banca? [Handling it with what? Revealing that you stole a billion dollars from the bank?]"

His own son had been hurt just as deeply, but Luca never screamed or clung to his coat. He waited quietly while his excitement faded and his questions grew softer, until one day he stopped calling his father Papa. Matteo gently removed Bianca's hand from his sleeve. "Tommy has you." Then his voice hardened. "But Luca is waiting for me." Bianca stared at him. The tears on her face seemed to stop. "You were never like this before." Matteo said nothing. "Serena has waited for you dozens of times," Bianca continued. "Nothing happened to her."

But as they tried to step toward Carmella, “No one will touch her!” Papa's voice boomed into the room, almost shaking everything. His eyes had turned almost dark now. No, no, no! The effect of whatever she made him drink is growing dangerous! “She's your Luna, no one will dare to touch her!” He growled out again, stopping both men. They were scared of Papa's sudden outburst. Papa's grip was still tight on my throat, and started to suffocate me once more. ‘Hurry up!’ Kira cried out. ‘I'm losing control, Val. I can't hold him any longer!’
