Lizzy squealed, taking his hand in her sticky grip. "Can we have pizza? I love pizza, with pepperoni and cheese, Oh… and tuna…" Her face dropped, and she shook her head angrily. "No! Fish are friends. No tuna," She started rambling as she pulled on his hand excitedly. He raised a brow to me, waiting for my answer, although I got the feeling he knew full well; I wouldn't say no now Lizzy was excited at the prospect of a fish-free pizza.

The shorter one suggested, “We can always order the greasy triangle that doesn’t look appetizing at all. What’s it called again?” The woman rolled her eyes. “Don’t tell me you don’t know it’s called a pizza.” He shrugged. “Why should I know, Vanessa? When I was a boy, there was no such thing around. Perhaps in the world somewhere, but not where I was born.” As he said this, I wondered just how old he was. “It’s one of the most popular human dishes in the world,” she stated. “One would assume you heard of it before, Jay. Aunty Ely said filled with enthusiasm as she stood up to greet us. She hugged and kissed mom and Clea while I recieved a "Hello" and a quick hug. I bowed to show respect to Uncle Arnold. I sat next to Clea. I placed the napkin they provided on my lap. They started serving the foods. My eyes widened in fractions and my jaws were slightly dropped the moment I saw what they were serving. Louis XIII Pizza. Lobster Frittata. Bluefin Tuna. Cranberry-Blue Cheese Balls. And some dishes I couldn't even name. Quel's eyes met mine. He winked and pointed at the White Truffles. He winked at me. My f*cking favorite.

I told him and fished my phone out of my right pocket. I walked into the kitchen to grab two water bottles while dialing up the pizza place. I called up Andiamo pizza place and ordered two large pizzas with meatballs, tomato sauce, mozzarella, ricotta cheese, peperoncini, parmesan and basil. It was Jake’s favorite. The first time we visited this place, Jake called dibs on the cheesiest pizza and they did get us the cheesiest one. Since then, Jake, Alex and I ordered this pizza every time we were out for lunch or simply getting take-outs.

I pressed the button and spoke directly to the local security guard who I knew had a brother who ran a pizzeria in the village. "Paolo I need the largest pepperoni pizza your brother can make," I said into the speaker. "And I want extra garlic extra cheese and a bottle of soda that contains enough sugar to give a horse a heart attack. Tell the delivery guy to ignore the woman in the lab coat and bring it straight to the dining room."

Her face and hands were wrinkled and her hair was colored ash grey, but the smile on her face was genuine and her eyes sparked kindness. I looked at the varieties of T***s in the display cabinet and my eyes lit up when I saw my favorites. "Can I have a Tray Of Montaditos." I asked, loosening myself out of Flynn's grip so I could get my t***s. "You don't want t***s Vasilios?" "Sure, Can I have a slice of chorizo pizza?" I never saw him as a pizza guy, but damn this boy was full of surprises. The old lady nodded and went to take a pizza for him. He was about to get his credit card, but I beat him by giving mine to the old lady.

excitedly, I asked, looking towards pizza boxes. "I am Levi, I know, everything." He winked towards me, told me to grab a plate for myself. "Tell me, How do you know I like this pizza?" I asked like a little child. "I knew, boy. I placed the order when you went for a shower. Now stop asking questions, grab a bite, first," he guzzled, his soda sip. We enjoyed our delicious pizza with soothing sips of soda; I just not ate, with my mouth. I ate with my eyes too; I love my grandpa; he is the best.

Jared declared. “I want pizza!” Lorenzo exclaimed. Sophia looked at Pietro. “What do you think I should get, Dad?” Pietro smiled. “How about the lasagne? It’s supposed to be really good here, and you’ve always liked it.” Sophia nodded. “Lasagne it is.” As they waited for their food, Pietro raised his glass of sparkling water. “To new beginnings, to family, and to our incredible journey together.
