I interrupted coldly. “ Well, if you’re ready, we should get going,” Ryan said excitedly. “I’m coming with you,” Derek said, getting up from where he stood. “So am I,” Emily said. “What happens when she does this blood ritual?” Michael asked. “Rayne’s spirit will be free and he will attach himself to his reincarnate's body,” “And then what?” he pushed further. “Then you all should return to school and watch out for two guys in particular that will be drawn to Avery. One of them will be the Hybrid and the other will be Rayne.”

Yet here I was, sprawled on the leather chaise in Blackwell Ashford’s private lounge, legs spread wide over his shoulders, fingers tangled in his hair, still trembling from the orgasm that had just torn through me.

Lillie had to transform the spell of Steve to Mary instead of Jennifer. She also had to find a new lover for Jennifer so she could have Paul to herself.

I’m damn proud of it, and I’m glad I didn’t give up after the first fail. I’ve discovered that I get into those fantasy stories where one person knows who his or her soul mate is upon meeting them, or even before that, as what happened in the A Court of Thorns and Roses series by Sarah J. Maas, A Kinda Fairy Tale series by Cassandra Gannon, and many of the shifter books by Eve Langlais that I have loved so much. So that’s where I came up with the Love Mark idea.
