Suzanne’s pov: Paris at night was like a dream. A dangerous, beautiful dream I wasn’t sure I wanted to wake up from. After dinner, Dominic led me through more winding streets, past street performers, artists, and charming little shops. The cool night air carried the scent of fresh bread and coffee, mingling with the distant hum of music. It was enchanting and intoxicating, and against my better judgment, I let myself enjoy it. We stopped at a riverside bookstall, where I ran my fingers over the spines of old French novels, their pages yellowed with time. Dominic picked one up, flipping through it before handing it to me.

As the evening gave way to the night, I realized that truly the last eighteen months of our lives had really changed a lot of things and was shapened by our fate, even the fate of London and Paris. Even though a lot of things had happened, after we had overcame those many battles and had emerged victoriously, I realized that it wasn't a bad ride at life, being with George whom I loved and who loved me more was more than enough for me and the fact that my sister Paris was still alive and happily married to Marks, made my heart swell in contentment. Paris made love to me last night, finally, and right now I have my fingers crossed that Driviar is not going to let me down. He didn’t want to call the elders this morning, but I told him to because I knew I would be pregnant. But if somehow Driviar got it wrong and I’m not, Paris won’t ever do this again.
