Panther
We're already in the enemy's clutches, so I might as well enjoy myself a little.
My panther paddled through the water, glancing over her shoulder once to look back at Charlie's wolf.
He was already watching my panther. I'm sure she looked mesmerizing. Four feet high at the shoulders, bright yellow eyes, black as night fur that shone like silk in the sun. If I saw her running through the woods and leaping through water, I would probably be spell bound too.
The other wolves can't really hide from us now, they're all crossing the river too. I see twenty, but I'm not convinced there aren't more waiting behind for us to cross fully so they can go unseen.
