They braced themselves as Wren pulled out the drawer and lifted the sheet covering the creature. Lindsay gasped. It looked like it was part of one of the creatures from the national forest and parts of other things. When Wren pulled back the sheet the rest of the way, they could see that it had hooves.

"It is part of the body, not a secret monument." She turned around and pulled up her shirt, revealing an intricate pattern of lines and patches running from the base of her spine up and under her blouse. We stared in wonder. Then she pulled her shirt down and faced us. "It's called a lanora. It always starts at the bottom of your spine and grows upward, getting longer and more detailed as you age." "Mrs. Efoti," said Zander, his eyebrows squished together in confusion. "When you said that akharu are different, were you suggesting that they also have aramusatu bonds?"

My daughter, Lily, was hit and dragged for two whole miles by a drunk driver. I rushed her blood-drenched body into the emergency room. The furniture and appliances also arrived earlier, the only ones missing were the people living there. And from my room, I can see that they have heavy security. A lot of guards were roaming around the property, there were CCTV cameras in every corner and the height of the wall around it was so tall that nobody would try to climb it.
