--- Rage followed Rex on his first patrol into the North. The grey wolf was too old to run much anymore. But its grandson, the small grey wolf Sylvan had brought back from the forest, was already grown. Rage had named him Firepaw—for the patch of dark red fur on his right front paw. He walked behind Rex with Firepaw at his side, across the ice plains for a whole day. When he returned, his boots were covered in frozen soil and ice chips. He ran to Luna and held up the small handful of thistle root tendrils clutched in his fist for her to see.

Chase grumbled with mild curiosity. "This is Chase. He is a German Shepherd puppy and the second member of the PAW Patrol." "Really?" His voice trailed off, clearly impressed. "But mommy hates real dogs, but Chase here is a police and traffic cop dog and a super spy police dog." As they chatted, Amaya beat harder than ever. She tried to keep Tommy away from Chase, but the man kneeled down and took to her son like they were longtime buddies.

Alpha Connor Finley BlackPaw of the BlackPaw pack is starting to have an increasing problem with rogues. The animal smelled and it chased in the direction in which Lily was running.

It came in handy because I didn't know if I could've survived all that." Roman lost his train of thought, eying the Panther stalking toward us cautiously and aiming the hose at him. "No." I placed my hand over him, lowering the hose. "Don't worry; he's one of the good guys." Malcolm's growl then became a groan as he shifted back into his human form. Roman dropped the hose and stumbled backward, shaking his head at me in disbelief.

Trying to slink away to a nearby bush. “We won’t hurt you.” Braxton laid down trying to make himself look as small as possible and not intimidating.

When he tried again, it was still the same busy tone from before. He dialed seven times in a row, but none of the calls were picked up. Natalina had never once ignored his calls. Even when he was blatantly lying to her or brushing her off with half-hearted explanations that he barely believed himself, she had always answered. She had always listened to him finish. He threw on his coat and intended to return home. When Aurora heard the noise, she stepped out of the bedroom in her nightgown and leaned against the doorframe. Her expression changed the moment she saw him grab his car keys.
