If there is such a thing as boys being nice, I take my pen and paper and begin writing my semi-best letter in hopes it's readable. Dear max, I am glad I got you as a pen pal. Hopefully, you'll be a good friend one day, and I can learn a little bit about New York and the things you like to do there or your favourite hobbies and foods. My teacher assigned us to our pen pal, and I have never had a pen pal before, so it will be nice to have someone to write a letter to each month, luckily for you, I am your pen pal, so here is a little bit about me.

As if they have been arch enemies since all their previous births. Like a particular incident yesterday, Lorcan's pen ran out of ink. Unfortunately, I left my pen box at home and ended up using Julia's pen. Lorcan, instead of asking Julia for a pen, looked at me. I gestured to him to ask Julia for a pen but he wouldn't look away from me. I ended up asking Julia for a pen. But Julia being Julia, looked away as I was talking to the air. When I nudged her, her response was : ‘The person who needs the pen has a mouth, you know, Rena.’

I whispered. "Not if we have the **Pen**," Rowan said. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a small, silver object. It wasn't a pen. It was a **Bottle of Ink**. And on the label, it said: **"UNLIMITED CONTENT."**

Daniel said, helping me out of my embarrassing spotlight. I cleared my throat a couple of times, tucked my hair behind my ear and started talking…. “I really don’t know if this would be the answer to our questions, but if I could vividly remember… while in the middle of writing you guys story, my sister just returned from OHIO were she went on a vacation. She gifted me this strange looking black pen, and just when I was right in the middle of writing you guys novel, I started using the strange pen. There’s a fifty percent chance, that the pen might be what we are looking for.”

The man did not say anything, so she pursed her lips and said softly, “Okay. Thank you, Aunty.” “We’re a family. There’s no need to be so formal!” Velma was overjoyed that Lyra was staying the night. Julien took a shower but did not rush to go to sleep as he had to handle some paperwork. He pulled the drawer to get ink but opened the wrong drawer instead. At the bottom of the drawer, he saw a neat stack of yellowed envelopes. The man’s eyes subconsciously softened at the sight of those letters. He met this pen pal named ‘Maple Leaf’ unexpectedly, and they slowly got to know each other. After many exchanges, they found out that they got along very well.

Book two is titled "The Beta's Blind Date," and will follow Reid as the main character. I do not know when I will begin updates for this book, as I am currently working on another project that I need to have finished by the end of this month (July 2023), and I am also working on getting Pen Pal ready for print.

Lever heard in the pen what he thought was the voice of his dad, Rifle because it introduced Rifle Winchester. Lever lowered it and at the pistol gun looked .

I set down my pen. It felt complete. Hope peeked over my shoulder. "That's all?" I laughed. "Sometimes the shortest stories carry the longest journeys." She considered that. Then nodded. "I like it." The Lantern of Beginnings shimmered. One tiny light floated from its crystal and settled gently onto the final page of my journal. The ink glowed softly. Then faded. The words remained. Permanent. As though the story itself had approved. A warm breeze swept across the valley. The flame on the pedestal danced gently.

I said, my voice hoarse. “The pen guy,” she said in a raspy voice and a straight face. My smile widened, “You remember me.” She nodded. “I loved the pen. I still do. It's still at home. It's my favorite pen.” By this time I could feel my eyes starting to water. " “I'm glad.” In the absence of nothing to say, I quickly added, “I can get you more if you want. How many do you want? A dozen? Two? A whole pack?”
